Terrible dealer - tried to buy used car for advertised price, they tried to collect taxes for ny - and dealer fee and protection polish - there was no financing involved- in the end the car was double the advertised price - absolute - waste of time - be aware

Don't buy a car here, really just save yourself the headache. Everyone's super friendly until you sign, they they no longer care and love giving you the run around. So I purchased a 2014 explorer from them, and man do I regret ever going in. They also sold me a extended warranty on a vehicle that never went thru recon department repairs. FALSE ADVERTISING!!! Buyer beware. After a day of FALSE ADVERTISING!!! Buyer beware. After a day of getting everything figured out to have the car shipped to me, them pulling my credit, etc., THEY REFUSED TO SELL ME THE CAR AT THE ADVERTISED PRICE because I would not pay their extra "optional" add-on fees of $1,865.65 for interior protection. etc. Very unhappy with this dealer. Don't waste your time!!!

Deceptive and disingenous dealer. Sent me an internet price of $54,000, and then when I went to sign paper work added $6k to price.

To bad I was lied to so I would come back into the store. Just be upfront with warranty and cost! I was told when I got back how I got over on them and won. When we went back to finance it turned out we were paying exact asking price for the vehicle. And they were also removing the Acura certified warranty.

Dissappointing interaction with Paul the "sales manager". Aaron was my first contact and he did fantastic...but then Paul ensure there was no reason to move forward. Advertised online price was missing some hidden fees which he kept comparing to "resort fees" and showed no interest in establishing rapport to sell a car. His "take it or leave it" attitude was very annoying. Wish I could give ZERO STAR ratingUsed TruCar through Wish I could give ZERO STAR rating Used TruCar through Sam’s club to look at Certified Acura. Mike, internet sales was not available for our appointment - even though I called and confirmed 30 min prior. Maverick tried to bait and switch me out of car we requested - then changed terms when presenting g sale price. In my opinion STAT AWAY from Acura Peoria if yiu want a fair, good sales experience

I just bought my third TLX from Acura of Peoria. I had the unpleasant experiance of dealing with Steve Hoffman (sals manager). Not only did he give me the lowest trade in offer by far of the other dealers in the area, but also quoted me a finance APR of 5.5%. I informed him that Acura was offering a 1.9% to which he answered only on the 2020 not the 2021. when I showed him the rate on my cell phone, he said he did not know that and said he was required by law to offer that rate to everyone. So apparently making an offer with details isnt what this dealership accepts from potential buyers. Chaz Spielvogel told me "it doesn't work like that" and basically didn't want to make the effort to sell me the vehicle I inquired about.
