total price of deal not what we agreed on the total price of the deal we agreed on included a 24000 mile/24 month platinum extended warranty,when we were in finance we found out sales manager dropped the warranty to a gold to make up for the discounted price we agreed on, to get the warranty we agreed on we had to pay over $3000 more,I feel that was a real cheap and dishonest thing to do to a customer. “Before I took the vehicle on a test drive, I asked if it had gone through inspection and if there were any issues. I was told it went through inspection and there we no issues. Long story short, I bought the car. Not even 24 hours after, I had to bring the car back due to the tire pressure light still being on. I got my car back and had to bring it in a 2nd time because of a noise that was coming from the back end. The struts are completely worn and they wanted to charge me $1600 to replace them. I trusted the wrong people I purchased a 2020 MDX from Acura of Peoria 11 days ago. So far it has been nothing but a nightmare and has cost me greatly. Before visiting this dealership I was very clear on what I was trying to accomplish and the budget I desperately needed to stay within. I’ll make this very short. Vince Hancock poor and unprofessionalism services when I brought my 2019 ILX in for 1st service. Actually my rating to Vince is a zero star. This was my fifth car I have leased from Acura of Peoria and it will be my last.
Come here for an up-front, honest deal without the games Tired of being treated like you have the intelligence and negotiating skills of a two toed sloth? This is the place for you. I typically despise purchasing from a dealership, especially when dealing with add-on "options" and trade values. Horrible experience . I Purchased a car from you guys just about a month and a half ago had a horrible experience with your service department. The car I bought was a Toyota corolla 2016. Drove it off the lot next day struts went out and you blamed me for it. You guys did not make good of the situation. Would not recommend this dealership for a used vehicle I purchased a car from this dealership and have nothing but issues getting a problem resolved. I was sold a vehicle and the next day it was broke. They quoted me $850 to fix the car. The paper work said $1600. They did not make good of this situation. Service department & General Manager Terrible/NO Service I had a problem unlocking my car. I was in a shopping center parking lot on 1/31. I called the dealership service department and no one was available to help me but they WOULD call me back. An hour and 55 minutes later my son stopped by with the other set of keys and the door opened. I sent a letter on 2/3 to Mr. Brijen, Managing partner about the poor/lack of service I received.
