Appalling costumer service I’m completely offended and feel personally attacked in the way he spoke to me on the phone! As a customer I expected more from a grown man but apparently he lacks customer service and delivery! I’m appalled and angry in how I was treated for a mistake this man clearly made and has the audacity to blame the customer! You need to do better and listen to the customer instead of self serving your own interest!
Horrible service experience! I had a appointment with service manager Vince to have a timing belt changed. I have purchased two rdx’s from this dealership which was plesent. The service department is absolutely deplorable. I arrived, Vince left for the day was a no show for our appointment and I felt blown off. Sly with the numbers Discussed numbers. Came in with another offer from an Acura dealer. He said show me and we will match it. My husband didn’t pay attention to the numbers when he signed and they did not match. Took 1500 instead of 2000 off. Then trade was supposed to be 15000 but gave 13000. I did not like how they tried to deal the numbers from the start. Very much low ball the numbers and then try any sly move. I have had several other honest deals. I would NEVER again purchase a vehicle here From the day after we purchased this vehicle we have had issues with what the “told” us they would do versus what the actually do. They are the most unfriendly and unhelpful service I have ever received with a vehicle purchase. I will always purchase my vehicles in Tucson from now on. Lesson learned!
Good .... until a problem Service was good until a problem. Dealt with several employees but particularly cannot recommend Vince Hancock. He was condescending (I'm a mere female) and failed to make the promised contact. I've been waiting since May 15! June 14, 2018 letters to Brijen Dave, Lexie Cremieux and Matthew Brunson received no response. Previous emails received no response.
Really bad experience with finance person Ray Garcia Had bought my Acura RDX on 31-Aug and sales person Ben and Grady took care of me by giving a sweet deal. But had a horrible experience Finance person Ray Garcia. Ray was trying to sell MPP plan and I declined it gently. He was so rude and talking very tough at me " you guys buy any plans. Poor service Am having trouble with tech package in 2017 RDX. They tell me there is no fix . They will not do anything to make it right . Will not work with me . Have had car in shop to figure out problem . No resolution. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone . Horrible horrible and unacceptable.
Horrible experience My husband leased a beautiful 2018 MDX in December of 2017 as a Christmas present. We are residents of Oregon, but spend time in Arizona. We were told that we could lease the car in Arizona, and register/title the vehicle in Oregon, where we reside. As of April of 2018, we still do not have plates, proof of ownership, nothing. Would avoid going here for service. I went for an oil change and was told my RDX with 16,000 miles was "asking for" $900 in service. I have never heard this before and the rep was no help in telling me what I really needed. I just got an oil change and tires rotated and was under $100. I don't like being treated this way to be upsold so badly.
