If I Could give a zero I would. Not only I told them I need a rental due to being in the shot body behind them, they tried to ask my inc to 75.00 a day but yet told me it's 35.00 so when I told my inc to not cover it then they wanted the rental back ASAP or they will fill a report. Took it back the same day and the manager was nice but made rude comments behind. Just the worse ever and will never very shop here nor company
Sales was great experience. But once you need to have your car serviced, and you WILL definitely need it serviced (I have had it serviced 15 times in the last 26 months), then you WILL notice the difference in your experience. If you don't mind electronic malfunctions that happen randomly loosing transmission / engine power while driving 75 mph on the highway with your entire family in the car to then be stranded waiting hours for roadside assistance then perhaps the TLX is a great choice for you! Warning, be extremely careful at this dealership. A pre-owned 2015 Hyundai Equus was made available on this dealership's website, WITHOUT a Carfax attached to the listing, unlike the other pre-owned vehicles available for sale, which routinely show the CARFAX in the listing. Phoned the dealer, before I found out about the hidden information, and they promised a CARFAX by email, which was never received. First and foremost I DO NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. I purchased a used vehicle from them just recently. Day two of owning the vehicle the front strut tubes began to leak and we heard an odd noise coming from the front of the car. I right away contacted my salesman regarding the issue. He was off. Dishonest salesmen. The manager offered me a sales price that I agreed to. When it came time to start the paperwork, they came up with a bogus excuse and said they can't sell the car because it would not meet their quality standards. A few days later, a salesman called me on accident asking if I was still interested in purchasing the car and he seemed dumbfounded when I told him what I was told.
Very unprofessional . We purchased a 2018 used Beetle from Acura of Peoria. Went thru the whole processes signed all the paperwork...went to take deliverof our vehicle and was told by Chris Hefke our salesman that he could only find 1 key but would get us the second key. Sly with the numbers! Sales states to provide a copy of a offer from another dealer, provide it and they put their original offer in the paperwork. Speak to Ben Quail, sales manager, and he is extremely rude. Asked why it took so long to contact him, he had been made aware previously that it was due to a deployment and couldn't make contact easily. Didn't get a word in, he continued to talk over me. We bought a 2016 MDX and had problems with the Bluetooth in the hot months, keyfob doesn't always pick up settings, problems with the transmission and when I took it in, they had the car all day and found no problems with it, I looked at the paperwork and they only drove it 2 miles, there is a recall on this transmission but they won't fix it.
