I took my girlfriend in after she got her positive Covid test results via email from a test she took the previous day, while mine were returned as negative. Our attempt was to to get a second opinion through rapid testing. We were immediately approached by the front desk individual who rudely told her to get out and don't come back after finding out about her positive test results, regardless of her wearing a mask and taking necessary precaution. I honestly have no real issue with this place, for the most part you get quick service and for the most part they're helpful and they even offer payment plans if needed. The issue I have with this place is how rude the front desk girl was. I was trying to locate the "needed insurance card" even tho our benefits were already confirmed. And after hassling me with nothing but the charm of Oscar the grouch, her co-worker informed her the card wasn't even needed as long as benefits were confirmed.... pretty frustrating and super ... read more

I wish I could give a negative star rating or apply none at all because it's so undeserving. I have never been so upset at the way my husband was treated not once but twice at this place. It is hard times for everyone and I understand there are some circumstances that can't be helped but to turn away a customer who is in need of medical attention because they need to pay out of pocket is beyond me. Why offer self pay as an option yet when a customer comes in and claims they need to pay out of pocket, refuse to help them? Wha... read more

I was able to get an appointment for Covid testing right away. When I got there 5 people were in the waiting room ahead of me. I had to wait an hour and 15 min to see the nurse. Once I saw the nurse she took my temperature then I saw the test tech. I told him it was 15 days since I knew I was in contact with an known infected person. At that point he refused to give me a PCR test and told me since I did not have symptoms and it's been over 14 days since the exposure the test would come out negative. What a waste of time. Would give 0 stars if I could. It appeared not to be first come first serve basis. Was one of the first few people to arrive and noticed several people were going in before us that had just come through the door. Tried to be patient but after seeing enough people go ahead, I asked if there was a problem and the man kept saying we were next. Not sure how this place operates but the man at the front desk was rude and seemed agitated with any question asked. Not a good visit at all, don't recommend.
