I was able to get an appointment for Covid testing right away. When I got there 5 people were in the waiting room ahead of me. I had to wait an hour and 15 min to see the nurse. Once I saw the nurse she took my temperature then I saw the test tech. I told him it was 15 days since I knew I was in contact with an known infected person. At that point he refused to give me a PCR test and told me since I did not have symptoms and it's been over 14 days since the exposure the test would come out negative. What a waste of time. Would give 0 stars if I could. It appeared not to be first come first serve basis. Was one of the first few people to arrive and noticed several people were going in before us that had just come through the door. Tried to be patient but after seeing enough people go ahead, I asked if there was a problem and the man kept saying we were next. Not sure how this place operates but the man at the front desk was rude and seemed agitated with any question asked. Not a good visit at all, don't recommend. This clinic has neglected my husband and I twice now. The first time was two years ago when he had severe pain in his leg. They made us wait for over an hour (no one else in the clinic btw) then wait another hour or more. We never saw one person except the front office lady the first 20 minutes of our entry. My husband was in such severe pain I decided to take him to the Er and left (without seeing one person in the clinic both in back and in front). We unfortunately found out my husband had cancer that same night at the ER.... read more

I went here because I was having trouble breathing due to Bronchitis and was worried that it may have escalated to pneumonia. I had to wait over an hour and then had zero procedures done except blood pressure and temperature. Then the doctor or nurse who saw me only made things worse by making me believe things were much worse then they were. They did this by saying I had high blood pressure and sent me to the emergency room. Once at the emergency room the doctor said my blood pressure was normal for someone going for a shor... read more

This place is a mess. The guy at the front desk is useless and tells everyone that this urgent care facility is not within their insurance network. I checked in network providers before coming in and this location was clearly listed. I checked again after he told me I was not in network. Then, when I proceeded to sign in USING THEIR SYSTEM, it showed that I was in network with a $35 co-pay. They need to train their front desk staff to understand how to properly read insurance coverage information. I feel sorry for the patien... read more
