Everyone was pleasant. The doctors instructions were understandable. Aside from the waiting time it was a good experience.

Went in on a Sunday, receptionist was extremely kind and friendly which is hard to come by these days. She was seriously the most professional and friendliest receptionist I have encountered in a very long time and it made the entire visit for us. We waited under a minute, ma was also nice and PA Mandy was just as awesome. Our experience was wonderful and we will continue to use this urgent care when we need them.
