Extremely friendly and helpful front desk staff that covered scope, services and cost clearly and without hassle. Cost was reasonable and text and email instructions were very helpful. They also communicated with my realtor to loop her in--something I appreciate so everyone was on the same page. Khyree Jones of AJF Inspections, performed a thorough home inspection of a new purchase. I've paid for a few home inspections in my lifetime, and this has been the best money spent on one, by far. I highly recommend this company for their excellent service, quality of work and the value.

I had a home inspection done and my inspector Ramon was great. He was very thorough and caught things I would have never seen or thought of to check. I definitely would recommend Ramon and AJF to anyone needing a home inspection. This inspection was worth the value. Very prompt service! Hyram came a couple days after they were called. He was extremely thorough, and explain things as he went through. When he sat down with us to go through his report, everything was discussed with excellent pictures, very easy to understand. The report was then emailed right after he left. I would definitely use them again.

I'll first start with saying that they were calling to schedule the inspections within 24 hours of the buyers and sellers acceptance. Ben was our service tech and I was able to go to the wrap up the instance. He was incredibly thorough very kind when I got there and even gave me accessibility to him for questions and concerns. I reached out to him on a Saturday and within five minutes had a phone call with him. He readily gave his expert opinions on things I might be concerned with. We are in the process of buying our first ever home and AJF was recommended to us by a good friend. Hector was our inspector for the day and let me tell you, he was incredible! He clearly explained all of the issues, was patient with all of our questions and concerns, was very kind, and took extra time to just be with us as we talked through things. Matt was very thorough in talking me through the inspection report, with pictures of all items of concern. He patiently listened and answered my questions in a way I could understand. We'll see as time passes if everything was noted, but as of now, I'm very happy with Matt's demonstrated knowledge and ease to work with!
