Claudie came out and performed an inspection on our new home. He was very thorough and ready to explain any hiccups. We did do the home inspection, termite and sewer scope. These three services were under $800 and priced well for the work that needed to be done. All were done timely and we would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to do an inspection.

Very satisfied with the service AJF Inspections provided. The inspection was thorough and detailed, as was the report. The repair estimates proved very helpful as did the recall reports which contained the model numbers for all appliances and systems in the home. Money well spent!

We had a rush inspection in Prescott and requested Chris Jones for the job. We had heard he was good at what he did and he did not disappoint. He took his time and provided a detailed report that we could immediately review with him while we were still at the property and then sent us a copy. It was a huge relief to know the house had good bones.
Professional, courteous and prompt. He seemed to do a thorough job. Reports are easy to read and provide a lot of information. I am really glad I had it done as the house I was planning to buy needs a decent amount of work.
David Gramp is the man! He did my home inspection and it was absolutely professional and very thorough from start to finish. He was kind, nice, friendly, and very personable.
