We used AJF as a recommendation from our realtor. We are out of state so I really appreciated the inspector's wrap up meeting that my husband was there for but I dialed in to listen. They were very thorough and we got the report that same day which is unheard of from our experience in CA.

We are purchasing a home in Sedona, AZ and AJF Inspections made it easy to figure out which inspections we wanted and had the appointment set up quickly. After the appointment, the home inspector immediately generated the reports for easy online access, then called me to answer any questions. Chris was great! Very knowledgeable and well versed in homes of that era and location. Highly recommend!

Will handled our inspection and was very thorough, informative, friendly, and concise. Ben, who walked me through the whole inspection, was professional, kind, patient and very knowledgeable. The other gentleman who did the sewer scope explained everything as well and was very helpful. My real estate agent uses this team all the time, and I know why!

Super fast and thorough. They were extremely organized with tons of photos and descriptions of what needed to be repaired for our home inspection. Our inspector Hyrum answered all of our questions and really helped up make the best decisions for our future home.
