Will did a homebuyer inspection for a 1993 home and found a lot of good details to help us identify areas of concern. He pointed out a number of things, some were low impact and some high impact. He took the time to explain them afterwards. He also broght a sewer inspector who found where roots had started bending the sewer line. he also completed a termite inspection. The report provided was very detailed.

The inspection was thourough and complete and Hyrum's presentation of the findings was exceptionally clear and well detailed with photos and descriptions. There were numerous items that AJF discovered that were not appearant or anticipated. The Summary Report was a concrete basis for showing the seller exactly what needed to be done prior to the close of our escrow. We are completely satisfied with both the inspection and the results.

Ben at AJF Home Inspections did our inspection when we were buying our next home. He was so incredibly thorough! He took over 6 hours to check absolutely everything in that home- from every baseboard to the roof. He ran 2 dishwashers to completion, and even pulled them out to look for moisture and to see if the drain loop was pulled high enough to prevent smells or buildup.
