They were the inspectors for the home I am buying. Sheree was the tech and did a great job during the walkthrough and was very thorough. I would highly recommend him.

We had our home inspection done on Saturday by Frank Watson. He did an outstanding inspection and alerted us to the issues that needed further review. He was very professional, thorough, and personable. This is the second time we used AJF INSPECTIONS, and will definitely use them again if needed in the future. The inspection was very thorough and informative. The format of the report is easy to understand and navigate. Eric walked us through everything that was noted in a knowledgeable and engaging manner. He was very polite, answered all of our questions, and was able to successfully overcome the house's weak internet connection. At no point did we feel rushed. Would recommend!
