Very happy with AJF Inspector. Scheduling was a breeze, inspectors were on time and very courteous. Claudie thoroughly explained the report at the end and it was sent to me in under 2 hours. One thing the scheduler needs to add to their checklist when contacting the Seller about the inspection appointment. Tell the Seller to have all appliances enabled!!! 1) The gas for the pool heater was turned off and the inspectors view this as a red flag. Home inspection. As a first time home buyer, the home inspection can be daunting. But Levi is next level!! His attention to every detail, no stone left unturned, his complete explanation of all of his findings, and genuinely a complete professional!! Our inspector Khyree was amazing. After he completed our full home inspection, he reviewed each aspect of the inspection both online and visually. He throughly identified the minor issues he found and explained our options. We highly recommend Action Termite and Pest Control.

Everything!! We were unable to be there during the home inspection, so he sent us a video of his findings! Those were passed on to the builders, and everything was addressed! Professional and thorough! Considering our home is a huge investment, the cost was very reasonable!
