Very quick turnaround and a fantastic inspection. Very thorough, lots of attention to detail and an extremely fair price. Highly recommended!!
Ben from AJF was our inspector for our new home. I have to say... He made things extremely easy to understand and was very thorough with his work. My wife and I were very impressed with his report and will 100% be using them in the future. For the price you pay, you definitely get all of your moneys worth. Thanks again Ben and AJF!
It's not every day a consumer goes through a home inspection. From the point of reserving the day and time AJF was communicating with me. The services provided went smoothly and on time. Contant communication until they were ready for us to come was constant. The review and explanations of elements found during the inspection were presented with clarity and great visual accompaniment. The report was e mailed right after the personal review and consultation.
Frank and Jesus from AJF came out to do the inspection on our new build and we can't say enough good things about our experience. The inspection started promptly, was very thorough, and discovered items we would've never checked. The report was provided same day and was easy to understand. We would definitely recommend Frank and Jesus as well as the AJF team!
Claudie came to do a home inspection on a property we are purchasing, and the experience was nothing short of beyond my expectations! This is NOT my first home inspection experience. Claudie was totally thorough, and even scheduled a meeting right after he finished to go over his findings, face to face......NOBODY Has ever done that! He seemed very knowledgeable, and was a great communicator, and a great face of the company. I will absolutely be using AJF again, and again! Many thanks Chris Hall
My realtor, Jessica Noble, arranged for AJF Inspections to conduct the inspection on my new house. I was amazed at how quickly they were able to schedule the inspection. They did a very thorough job, and if I decide to purchase another house in the future, I will certainly use their services again.
Recently used AJF Inspections for my home purchase and my experience was amazing! Great communication from the start and Eric was wonderful! This was my first time going through this process alone and he walked me through every single steps in a very clear way! He explained all his findings in a way I could understand and was very friendly/professional! I would definitely use them again in the future!
2nd time using AJF and more impressed with the extensive and thorough job! I loved the home they were inspecting that I was about to purchase... but they save me a headache! Big foundation and AC issues that the Seller and I could not meet on, so had to let it go... but happy that I did not take on the headaches. Appreciate the work!
I have had a couple of inspections completed by Ben who is simply awesome. Very thorough, explains everything in detail, spend the time you need reviewing and just a super nice individual. I would HIGHLY recommend Ben for any of your home inspection needs. I am not one to comment on yelp, but I really felt the need to pass along my thoughts on Ben...well done! Bill
