We recently had a home inspection performed by AJF and they did a fantastic job. Extremely professional and thorough and their report is very accessible and easy to get through with the handy summaries and great photos. We truly enjoyed Chris who did the inspection for us. He made a stressful time so much better! They are a little more expensive but you get what you pay for...very meticulous and careful work. Highly recommend!

Really thorough inspection. Inspector was very knowledgeable and answered questions politely. On time, and left the house the way he found it. I really like that, since no termites found, AJF will pay for treatment if termites show up in the next year. Very nice plus!

We bought a new house in a very well established area (meaning, there could be plumbing & roofing issues) so we were a little nervous. We found AJF Inspections to be very thorough in the completion of the inspection. They took time to explain and detail all aspects of the home including the pool system, plumbing and roof, (our major worries).
