I am really upset about my experience getting my service done this past week. I specifically asked the gentleman to check my tire because I thought there was a nail in it. It had just started going flat that day. He assured me they always check. Well two days went by and that tire (although rotated) is now completely flat and I am stuck having to bring it somewhere else now to get looked at. The people at the finance department are all liers and they tricked you to convince you to sign a deal. If you decide to purchase a vehicle at this dealership you better do your homework and be prepared.

We purchased a "Certified" 2019 Highlander last Saturday June 5th. Although we did get it at a good price we are not happy with the Misinformation we were given about the Vehicle. While completing the purchase we noticed that the Carfax Report shown to us had an Open Recall for a fuel pump (very serious recall. can cause vehicle to shut off at high speed). Anna Welsing asked me to come in for a test drive but then they had no available cars! So I wasted my time. They also have very poor, relatively speaking, reviews on BBB. I would not recommend them. They literally called me multiple times the day of the appointment, told me to come in, then 2 hours later, when I was there, told me that nothing was available. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I have always heard great things about Al Hendrickson Toyota. So after 21 years owning the same Toyota Avalon, I thought I could use an upgrade. I went to Hendrickson Toyota to find the car of my dreams. I did. A 2017 Avalon. It was beautiful. I never thought I could be so gullible and foolish to allow myself to be taken advantage of. 1. Tried working with the dealership but just received nothing but poor customer service... ALSO NOTE, every car they add $1,600 in dealer fees alone.. you WILL find most other dealers out there only charge around $400-$600 so don’t waste your time here for extra costs and bad customer service..
