I have always heard great things about Al Hendrickson Toyota. So after 21 years owning the same Toyota Avalon, I thought I could use an upgrade. I went to Hendrickson Toyota to find the car of my dreams. I did. A 2017 Avalon. It was beautiful. I never thought I could be so gullible and foolish to allow myself to be taken advantage of. 1. Tried working with the dealership but just received nothing but poor customer service... ALSO NOTE, every car they add $1,600 in dealer fees alone.. you WILL find most other dealers out there only charge around $400-$600 so don’t waste your time here for extra costs and bad customer service..

Will never do business here. I was shopping for a Subaru STI, and they had one listed for a good price. It was a two hour drive to get there so I called up front and asked for the "out the door" price with all included fees, taxes, title, etc. A lady named Suzette gave me a price of $33,506 with all the breakdowns.. Once at the dealership, a gentleman named Marc Allen helped me. Jarrett was my service advisor. I brought it in because my tire was blown out. I decided to do an oil change while they had my vehicle and told them to swap the bad tire with the spare. In the mean time, I had asked him for a quote on tires. He then told me I had a recall so I thought I was eligible for a loaner. He said that if I were to get the work done (which were tires, alignment, oil change, and recall) that he’ll put me in a loaner for the day. So I have to purchase something for me to get a loaner??
