Very bad experience, when to 3 sales person. Wanna buy the car on cash and the sales person’s always come with excuse. Got to the dealer and told me everything was ready, spend 3 more hours and run my credit without my authorization. Try to overcharged on sales taxes.

I bought a car at Al Hendrickson on 8/18/20. One owner vehicle, never crashed, 2017 & only 24k miles. On 8/20/20, 2 days later without even putting 15 miles on it. The brakes were squealing, they were worn out and the car under the carriage is making a weird noise when on idle with the AC on. My contract states that all parts are covered for 60 days after purchase but buyers beware. The mechanic Jeffrey Valdez totally disregarded my concerns and told me that I need to pay $180 dollars for a diagnostic. No where in the contra... read more

I was at service section for a recall and I have to way 3 hrs waiting for shuttle to go home. I never comeback to there anymore

This was my first visit to this dealership. Because I respect others time, I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled service appointment time. I was not greeted nor directed where to go by anyone at the service reception area. I walked around aimlessly until I was able to "corner' someone and ask how the service check-in process works. Terrible experience with the service department today! Have had 4 cars from them so far. Never a problem till today. This is the first time I have been this super disappointed with them. Not a good day for them!

Stay away they are terrible.Before you buy or lease they are spewing their fake niceness,but after that they are the worst,sales people will ignore you when you want to return a lease because they know you don’t intend to buy or lease from them again,so they know their not gonna make a sale to you. You are considered a nuisance,if you’re smart stay away,sales men are extremely clickish to other groups.I don’t recommend them in any way,ask a round,most people give them very poor ratings.☠️☠️☠️

I will start by saying that this is my 4th Toyota, 3 of which had been bought at Al Hendrickson. My wife also has a Toyota, which we service at Al Hendrickson Toyota. My 2 previous purchases (back in 2009 & 2011) had no issues at all and I was 100% satisfied, hence I came back for my 3rd Toyota. In May 2020, i went to this dealer to buy a new 2020 Toyota.
