Affordable but at what price? Everything was excellent until my things were delivered. The team at Coastal Moving are all very kind and professional. The organization of everything leading up to my move was great. Unfortunately the moving company they outsource to- M&R Expedite Movers did not handle my things with care. I received some boxes covered in oil and tar which ruined some of the belongings, some plastic bins were broken and my boxspring mattress cover was torn, black colored, and very dirty. Good packing/unpacking experience. Team arrived on time and did all the work before estimated time. I am satisfied with their quality work.
My experience with ************ was great - first thanks needs to go to the manager who went above and beyond to move things around to ensure I was able to get the time slot that I required after a slight miscommunication.
The movers handled my furnishings with fantastic appreciation and courtesy. When I requested them to transport the carpet an inch, they were very patient!
We had many dates for exchange which got changed at least 3 times. Nothing was too much trouble for them in the lead up to the actual move.
Movers were brilliant. Careful with moving, lovely to work with and endless patience with tricky situations. Will use them again for sure.
