If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I experienced such terrible customer service that I am writing this review within the hour of them leaving. Firstly, Christy took our order and promised $50 off because they were unable to accommodate us on the date they promised. Unprofessional movers. They started arguing and then one had to leave the job so it went from 3 to 2 and took more hours to complete the move. Walls are damaged. I wouldn't recommend.

The ultimate nightmare! I paid my deposit and scheduled over a month in advance to receive a phone call 10 minutes before they were supposed to arrive that they did not have a crew to send me. I'm standing in my apartment with absolutely everything packed staring at the phone. I will never recommend or use this irresponsible and unprofessional company again.

I won't give any stars. This is the WORST moving company out there. They come up first on Google AVOID them like the plague. Movers are lazy, unprepared, and very slow. 199 an hour is why. If I could, I would travel back in time and slap some sense into myself before choosing this terrible company. Only bright light is Isaiah, he at least tried to make this whole situation better. This company is total CRAP. DO NOT PICK THEM FOR YOUR NEXT MOVE. The price ends up being way too high for such horrendous service.

Will never use this company again. They quoted me at $199 an hour for 3 movers. I said I really didn't have much to move (less than 20 pieces of furniture) as I had moved pretty much everything but the heavy stuff myself, but they insisted 3 was necessary. They also said it would be an hour for travel fee. The next day I also received a disclosure that there would be a fee for materials, which would be fine but they ended up using my moving wrap that I had purchased for my fish tank without asking. All My Sons moved us on April 15 and 16, 2023. We hired them because the saleperson promised a minimum of 6 workers. We have 5 stories and a lot of very heavy furniture and equipment. We received 4.5 men. Many items were broken. Walls were bashed. Floors were gouged. Workers were injured. The promised protection on the flooring and stairs was practically non-existant. in moving my personal belo, the movers took items and put them other boxes . they said I had to many boxes with nothing in them .once at my new location, my sofa was missing two legs which I found but only 2 screw . you need 4. they put a glass picture in a box with a dvd player. my vita mix must been drop , the motor was gone . a 2 inch hole in the wall . We had the most bizarre experience with All My Sons. Though one of our movers (Mike) was great and hardworking, the other one seemed completely dazed and unfocused (Devin). He made his partner do all of the work practically alone. My boyfriend helped move stuff with Mike more than Devin did. He would not make eye contact with anybody and seemed like he may be on drugs.
