If I could give zero stars I would service was unprofessional. Upon arrival crew of three men stated they were not able to complete my move today and several excuses were made from sloping road to slick ground. Upon their arrival received many calls from owner/manager about delayed arrival appointment time @ 8:30-9:30am 1st move of day to a now pushed back time of 10am. I'm so mad I can't even write a review right now. I wish I had seen the other one-star reviews here before I called them. Do not use this company. They sound great on the phone, but they might as well send you garbagemen. Chaos

horrible! they broke a window in my new place and only paid $100 to get it fixed. actual cost was $400. they left two pieces of furniture in my old home and refused to go back and get them because it was 6:00 and they were ready to go home. . I had to pay a guy with a truck $60 to move it for me. also, they make a point of telling you that they expect a big tip and they want it in cash. and, the move was no cheaper than paying a big company. its always better to pay the real professionals. do not use them. the people that come to move the furniture are absolutely rude, lazy, and entitled. they continue to block covered parking at apartment complexes and refuse to move after waiting for 20 mins. if they don't like their job they need to find another one. there are too many other ppl that need jobs and are willing to work. lazy ppl working for them.

Worst experience ever...DO NOT USE! Was given a quote over the phone and then told it was over double that amount when the furniture was delivered. The excuse there was the movers, Don and Juan, said they weren't in charge and that the call center gets it wrong all the time. To me it smacks of efforts to take advantage of the young woman that was their customer. Regardless, the incorrect quote is a "you" problem and the quoted amount should have been accepted. Do not under any circumstances use this moving company!!!! I hate that I had to give it one star! Damaged lawn, items were broken with no reimbursement. Their packing looked like a 5 year old did it. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Run far away! Worst business ever worked with. Broke numerous furniture pieces. Stole personal info in a Strongbow of passports, birth certificates, social security card. When the local company found out I was making a police report, they asked to go back and check the property and box was found by front porch in the bushes. Had antique furniture that has been in 5 generations they wanted purchase receipts on. WTH! The movers showed up reeking of weed and high. Insurance is crap. I wouldn't let them move a collection of stuffed animals in a steel crate. I grew up as an Army brat and spent most of my life moving every two years. Never in my life have I had a worst experience. They went out of their way to break my items. I wish I were kidding. I was charged for boxes they didn't use and left to rot out in the rain. I was promised by their manager that it would be removed from my bill. It wasn't.
