I just got scammed by these people! I absolutely hate that I didn't read these reviews before hiring them! Other reviews sites for them are positive. I now know they are lies. These are the TRUE reviews. I know this because EVERYTHING that was said about them happened to me!!! SCAMMERS!! They lie about the price them hold your things hostage until you pay TRIPLE the quoted price AND they damage your property during the move!!!

wish I had read their reviews before hiring them! they quoted be over the phone, not once but twice, I told them what I had to move and that it was 29 steps to the apartment on the second floor, they assured me that 3 to 4 hours max at 159 per hour, with travel time. I told them that was all I could afford and not a penny more, I also told them that If they thought it was going to go over to cancel the appointment right then, they said oh no, you'll be fine. on the second call they informed me of materials they may need and ... read more

THE worst moving experience ever. Rip off company that added $300 more to bill after arriving at new house and refused to off load until paid. One mover omplained the entire time and dragged my lift chair for disabled people across concrete and destroyed wires. filed a claim and given less than $100 for repair of $1700 chair. if they do this to someone in wheelchair what will they do to you?

These guys broke ever piece of furniture they moved , I was quoted 300 dollars and was told the price was 780 when they had all my belongings on the truck that they didn't break and insisted if I didn't pay they would take all my belongings and charge me 3 times the price to get them back. They dropped my tv stand down stairs and just left it there didn't help pick it up or clean it up. One of the asked me for weed and alcohol and pills. If I could give zero stars I would service was unprofessional. Upon arrival crew of three men stated they were not able to complete my move today and several excuses were made from sloping road to slick ground. Upon their arrival received many calls from owner/manager about delayed arrival appointment time @ 8:30-9:30am 1st move of day to a now pushed back time of 10am. horrible! they broke a window in my new place and only paid $100 to get it fixed. actual cost was $400. they left two pieces of furniture in my old home and refused to go back and get them because it was 6:00 and they were ready to go home. . I had to pay a guy with a truck $60 to move it for me. also, they make a point of telling you that they expect a big tip and they want it in cash. and, the move was no cheaper than paying a big company. its always better to pay the real professionals. do not use them. the people that come to move the furniture are absolutely rude, lazy, and entitled. they continue to block covered parking at apartment complexes and refuse to move after waiting for 20 mins. if they don't like their job they need to find another one. there are too many other ppl that need jobs and are willing to work. lazy ppl working for them.

Worst experience ever...DO NOT USE! Was given a quote over the phone and then told it was over double that amount when the furniture was delivered. The excuse there was the movers, Don and Juan, said they weren't in charge and that the call center gets it wrong all the time. To me it smacks of efforts to take advantage of the young woman that was their customer. Regardless, the incorrect quote is a "you" problem and the quoted amount should have been accepted.
