If I could give them zero stars I would. This company is fraud. The worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life! Do not give them your money. They gave me an original "hourly rate" quote and then called to change it to add on another mover and multiple extra fees THE DAY BEFORE MY MOVE! After they already had my $$ for the deposit. The movers broke many items and packed my storage unit without waiting for me to see what else was damaged. The final cost was also much more than the quote and payment was demanded before unpacking the truck was completed which distracted me to overseeing the horrible packing of my storage unit. I used this moving company and they disappointed me badly. The movers showed up to my house with no tool kit what so ever. No allen wrench or screwdriver which was all I needed to disassemble my bed. The hourly rate was $153 for me and because of this lack of efficiency they took WAY longer than I was quoted. I was quoted $350 (minimum) to $650 (maximum) to spend on my move. We booked them quite a ways out and spoke at length with their salesperson. I also spoke with their manager to work out some details since our complex was paying. I was told we were all set, we received multiple emails telling us how to pack and were told around two days before the move, they'd reach out and let us know arrival time. Worst moving experience ever. I was quoted $2500 for my move and was charged over $4000 when we arrived. I did not add anything to the move or change addresses from the origial quote. They packed my items and we still had several items damaged and one missing all together. These items where family heirlooms but still had actual monitary value of thousand of dollars to replace (If they could be found at all). Do NOT USE!!! We were quoted a $225 rate, but when they arrived, they changed the rate to $279 once our furniture was inside their moving truck. Were told because it was later in the day they sent five men instead of 3-4 and that increased the rate. Well, might as well send three because one was on the phone the entire time arguing with another customer. And the other was barely moving anything. DO NOT USE!! We were quoted a decent price on the phone ($388-$400). However, when we went to pay, our total came out to be $789 (including the $100 deposit). We had them move a dresser, two nightstands, a bed, and a couch. The move was a first floor unit to another first floor unit. It honestly felt like we got scammed. Don't quote so low if you're going to charge that much.
While the workers were nice and worked hard given the tools they had, the management has poor business practices. They quoted an hourly rate, but made sure that the move takes as long as possible. As the guy was disassembling my bed, I asked him why they didn't give him an electric drill. He said they did give him one but not a charger.
