DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS! My Experience with All My Sons has been the worst move we have ever done and this was only within Austin. The quoting process called for 5-6 movers and two large trucks. The full team did not show up on moving day and the movers admitted both trucks were smaller than what was quoted. Day two of the move the were clearly a rush, items were just thrown into boxes, they dented a bike, broke my sons bed, broke a TV and left a full truck load back at the old house. Absolutely awful!! I was promised 3 movers but one left and only two stayed to move. They damaged the wall in my old apartment which I now have to pay to have fixed and they offered no compensation for. They get laid by the hour so they take their sweet time. Then they broke my brand new TV it’s less than a year old 2020 version. After bringing in the broken TV he demanded payment when I was told when signing the contract that half of my items would be brought in and high value items will be held until payment. The worse service we ever had in all our moves. We hired All my sons to help us unload our Pods containers into our new home a process it would take 3 Saturdays. The first 3 crew they sent, they were okay but scratch our walls and dropped a bed frame in our newly wood floor. Not to mention a terrible BO. We requested a different crew for the following Saturday and they said they'll send the best crew. The second crew the following Saturday were very rude and disrespectful.
