A very late move time and $956 charge later to move 25 miles away is insane. The unauthorized charge of moving supplies of $95.00 in which they left their trash in my place. I cant recommend this moving company. Convincing me other moving companies get over on people is the exact thing that was done to me. Purchased the insurance for my move. They broke China my grandmother brought back from Japan after WWII. They broke glass on an antique cabinet. They also scratched my new wood floors. The claim that was filed was over 2k$ i was covered for over 5k$. They returned with a settlement offer of $360.00 Extremely unprofessional. They refused to wear shoe coverings they didn't lay down floor protection for their furniture dollys. Do not do business with All My Sons
Quoted under $500 & it was slow moving but ........then again $149 hourly means these sound guys can carry 1 box at a time........ they made me pay $1132 before they would unload & the way they conveniently had me sign the contract before really starting & then pay before unlocking truck......sneaky hidden fees & extra time standing around. All my son's moving and storage company was all in all very disappointing and frustrating experience. I paid a $100 deposit upon initially booking my move out and was given no confirmation email, call, or text message validating my move out appointment, leaving me to wonder if I was being scammed. Sexual Assault, No Apology, No Accountability - Austin South One of All My Sons' movers sexually assaulted my wife during our move -- non-consensual physical contact while she was alone in a room. We filed a police report the same day. Austin Police investigated, and the case is now filed in Austin Municipal Court as a Class C misdemeanor. I appreciate the help from the movers to my new apartment. However, they damaged 5 of my furniture pieces(not going to pay for it), over charged with their fees because they took a long time to get to the new place and didn't know the address. I would recommend to not use this company.

Do not go here. They quoted me a price then charged an extra $400 in fees. Then the guys kicked one of my tvs and it shattered, and damaged my brand new couch that was still in shipment wrapping. Customer service is a scam. This place will rob you and destroy your stuff

Nice guys, but a bit of a magic show. Boxes disappear and you don't get a call back. I wish I would have read more reviews for the company before I confirmed moving date.
