Sexual Assault, No Apology, No Accountability - Austin South One of All My Sons' movers sexually assaulted my wife during our move -- non-consensual physical contact while she was alone in a room. We filed a police report the same day. Austin Police investigated, and the case is now filed in Austin Municipal Court as a Class C misdemeanor. I appreciate the help from the movers to my new apartment. However, they damaged 5 of my furniture pieces(not going to pay for it), over charged with their fees because they took a long time to get to the new place and didn't know the address. I would recommend to not use this company.

worst customer service ever starting with the store manager " Gerardo " save you're time an energy an don't request a move from these guys !!

Do not go here. They quoted me a price then charged an extra $400 in fees. Then the guys kicked one of my tvs and it shattered, and damaged my brand new couch that was still in shipment wrapping. Customer service is a scam. This place will rob you and destroy your stuff

Nice guys, but a bit of a magic show. Boxes disappear and you don't get a call back. I wish I would have read more reviews for the company before I confirmed moving date.

I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with this moving company, and I want others to be aware before booking with them. I called the day before my move due to time constraints and was told they had professional movers available. They arrived on time at 10 AM, but things went downhill quickly. Don't hire them. In 2024, two of their employees stole about $13,000 worth of our belongings during a local move. The company did nothing to help, forcing us into court. We won back our losses, but only after a lengthy, costly battle. One of those employees is now indicted in Travis County, TX for the theft.

I would give them a negative five stars if I could. Avoid at ALL COST! They took 6 hours to move my 2 bed apartment and everything was packed and ready. Managed to break my $500+ TV console only to told be told that they would only cover $140. Paid over $1000+ for this move and regret every bit of it. Worst customer service and even worse care for your items when moving. They'll add on $100 for "packing fees" -- all they did was wrap my mirror in a blanket. They may over a lower rate, but they'll only send two guys and they ... read more

If I was writing a review based on only the crew handling my move, I would leave 5 stars. Jordon and John were great. I feel like they were efficient and weren't actively trying to run up the clock and add to my bill. However. The hidden fees and lack of communication and overall sh*tty attitude from the office have completely soured this experience.
