I can't give them anything close to satisfactory I helped them move my furniture out of my penthose which I shouldn't have done but it would've took longer than a full eight hour. It was 7 tvs two beds a couch kitchen supplies and two poker tables i feel like I was milked For my money and my time

I had a unique move that required a site visit. They insisted on a virtual visit. I turned them down, but they continued to call me. The third person to call told me they could do a site visit. Then last minute was stood up. Very poor communication between team members here.
I have a studio sized apartment, but it somehow took them 4 hours. also, they left stuff behind so I had to move stuff on my own. $600 paid to also have to move things myself is insane! also the 2 guys pressured me into giving them a tip through CashApp and not my credit card so that they wouldn't be taxed on it. I would recommend you choose another company
I had a very odd experience with them. Just canceled my reservation for moving, and Randy was not happy that I found a better rate elsewhere. The call ended with him hanging up without saying much after trying to talk me out of it. Prior to this, the customer service was atrocious. Left my stuff on second floor of apartment even though I live on the 4th. Customer service was worse, extremely rude and condescending. Avoid.
otal Bait and Switch. They quote $600 for a 5 mile 2 bedroom apt move for my college age daughter, plus a 15% gas fee. Once the furniture was on the truck and upon arrival at the new apt, they refused to unload the truck until we paid $1700, including extra truck fees, $250 in plastic wrap. Don't trust them with quotes or your furniture. DON'T EVER SIGN ANYTHING WITH THEM! as their paperwork says they can hold your furniture hostage until you pay whatever they want you to pay. A very late move time and $956 charge later to move 25 miles away is insane. The unauthorized charge of moving supplies of $95.00 in which they left their trash in my place. I cant recommend this moving company. Convincing me other moving companies get over on people is the exact thing that was done to me. Purchased the insurance for my move. They broke China my grandmother brought back from Japan after WWII. They broke glass on an antique cabinet. They also scratched my new wood floors. The claim that was filed was over 2k$ i was covered for over 5k$. They returned with a settlement offer of $360.00 Extremely unprofessional. They refused to wear shoe coverings they didn't lay down floor protection for their furniture dollys. Do not do business with All My Sons
