We hired them to pack and they chose not to use plastic or blankets (which we supplied and had left over) on many of our belongings! Lots of damage and they stopped responding to us! Do not use them!!
Horrible. 85% of my items have damage. Both homes with major damage. Employees on their phones and sitting down while I’m being billed hourly, Trash talking management. My quote doubled with no explanation. Now my calls are not being returned or answered. Stay away from this place.
I’ll start off by saying, I’m usually not one to complain about services, but this is not cool. After setting up my computer and tv & stand I found 3 of screens were damaged in the move. My living room tv screen now has a black dot on bottom of it and it won’t go away. Both of my gaming monitor screen were scratched cause did not bubble wrap them at all. Do not recommend. Not only did they take a TON of time, they did not properly reassemble two of our beds. Now both are actually broken. One has to be completely replaced because they didn't screw the support beam to the slats and the slats broke and there were missing screws. The other bed is a platform bed that now has many missing screws, and the other leg has a huge crack from a screw being screwed in too tightly. These people shouldn’t be in business. They had their truck parallel parked in front of my garage and after kindly asking them to move the truck elsewhere so I could access my property the dorky ginger kid with an attitude problem (Corrin or Cory or whoever) decided to tell me I should “go fuck myself” 6x over amongst other things. There were 2 other guys on the crew there that kept their cool and were happy to cooperate with my simple request. Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. They were dishonest about pricing from the beginning. Absolutely an awful experience and I wish I could give them 0 stars.

They were dishonest about pricing from the beginning and then were sketchy when they called to confirm my move time (we discussed an early move time and they tried to push me into the afternoon), then about 45 minutes after the time they were supposed to arrive at my residence the operations manager called and CANCELED. If I could make this NEGATIVE STARS I would. But I’m forced to give them one just to write this review about how terrible they were. We scheduled our move date over three months ago and CONFIRMED NUMEROUS times for the date and time. June 26th we waited and waited for the movers to show up. 9am rolls around and no call no movers.
