I would give them a negative five stars if I could. Avoid at ALL COST! They took 6 hours to move my 2 bed apartment and everything was packed and ready. Managed to break my $500+ TV console only to told be told that they would only cover $140. Paid over $1000+ for this move and regret every bit of it. Worst customer service and even worse care for your items when moving. They'll add on $100 for "packing fees" -- all they did was wrap my mirror in a blanket. Heed the warnings in other reviews! We moved from a 650 sq. ft. apartment near downtown to a house 9 miles away in North Austin. The move was scheduled to begin in an 8 am to 9:30 am time window, and the two guys sent to us called at 8am sharp to let us know they were on their way. The caller sounded very polite, and I anticipated with their timely start, we'd have the whole task wrapped up by noon. At a rate of $159 an hour, that seemed like a good deal. I will start with the positives, the guys were nice. I waited a considerable time before posting a review as I needed to separate myself from the experience. I moved in late February 2025. I am unsure if it is the person responsible for the bookings or the movers or a combination. I was quoted ONE PRICE yet it INCREASED DRAMATICALLY at the end of the move. One of the worst moving experiences I've ever had. The guys were nice, but that's about all that went right. While they didn't seem to be obviously stoned/high, a vape fell out of one of the guys pockets when he went to grab his keys. They must've been high because the rest of the move was rough. I watched them spend 30 minutes pretending to carefully wrap a couch just to try to force it through a hallway it obviously did not fit into. Was forced to pay double the quoted price. The move was scheduled in the morning and they double booked so I got bumped to the afternoon. They sent a lazy stoner kid, who didn't even pack all my stuff. I had to go back to my old place and pack what he missed. He made his partner (who didn't speak a lick of English) do all the heavy lifting. Do not use All My Sons. They wasted so much space in my storage unit I had to rent a second unit. They left items unwrapped. Stacked items up in some places, while leaving fragile items unwrapped. At one point I saw a lightbulb just left out that they had on their truck. I am horrified by the damage and lack of respect for my things. They "packed" up boxes by stuffing items they had broken yet did not inform me of, but then leaving said boxes open and just thrown into the storage unit. I am so disappointed. I regret not reading the reviews before booking with this company. I was given a moving window from 11 AM to 3 PM and stayed in contact with the coordinator throughout the day. While I appreciated the communication at first, things quickly went downhill. At 3 PM, I was told the movers would arrive in 30 minutes. Then, at 3:20 PM, they called to say they'd be another hour. Value- when scheduled on phone 3 weeks ahead I was told approximately $650, 2 men@$182.75. Two days before my move I was told if I got 3 men it would be cheaper. When I got the email it said, $219, 3 men, additional for packing material & estimated cost $2000. It was too late to cancel. For a company to be 15 minutes from me & moving me 10 minutes away to a 2 bedroom apt. It cost $2135.85.
