I do not usually write reviews, but I quickly did so this time. I understand we all experience things differently, but my experience with All My Sons was worthy of this review and many praises. I was able to make this move with Joseph Ibarra and his crew! From packing everything, and I mean everything, to an extra stop at a storage unit, then finally to my ultimate destination out of the city limits of Austin! Even though there are a ton of reviews that aren't that great, I had a good experience moving across town with this moving company. The three guys that they sent were professional and efficient, and none of my stuff was damaged. They were more than willing to help pick up/pack up anything we needed, and were finished within a time frame of the budget we had allocated. I think it's just a matter of luck on who they send out!

Willie, Yonaton, and Felipe moved FIFTEEN desks into a single car garage and outfitted our conference room and offices with tables, bookshelves and chairs in a day. They showed up to a job with an unexpectedly loooong (500' plus) push to the truck, took a deep breath, and busted their butts all day. They were communicative and not afraid to answer my questions and keep me posted as the job progressed.

Service was great, it was just Very Expensive. The 3 guys they sent were professional, respectful and efficient. No complaints regarding service, they packed up all our items with care, however billing at the end of the day will get you. When we called, they gave us an hourly rate of $150. Firstly, they clocked in at 11am, clocked out at 4:15pm and billed us for the entire 5 hours (even though there was 45mins on the clock that was not used). My moving experience was just ok. The company is customer service focused, but there were some issues. I provided an overview of the amount of items I needed moved in advance and was assured that a 26' truck was plenty. I sent an image to the agent of a steel yard trellis that I wanted to include in the move, but received no response on whether it would be feasible. Pros: 1. Great communication through phone and email throughout the process, including tips for packing. 2. Upfront about all the costs; no hidden charges. 3. Movers had great attitudes, especially in this TX heat! 4. Wrapped all my furniture; nothing was damaged, neither my possessions nor the walls, floor, etc. of either location. 5. Ended up calling All my son's to help me move out of my 3rd story apartment. The company did have a delay due to unforeseen circumstances and called me immediately to inform me of the delay and to give an updated arrival time. The reason for delay was no fault of the company and the manager who contacted me was very friendly. Once the crew showed up they were very quick at moving all of my items into the truck and were friendly even though they were obviously worn out. I can't say enough good about this company. I had a very difficult move from a 3 story townhome with twisting stairs. The movers were very good, but I have a very tricky treadmill to move and it ended up damaging a wall. Before I was even aware the damage had occurred, I received a call from the manager telling me they were sorry it happened and they would repair it.
