I had an absolutely horrible experience with All My Sons. If you're looking for reliable service, please save yourself some time and go elsewhere. I booked my move for September 1st at the beginning of July, and spoke with a customer service rep who was very nice. Gave him an itemized list of everything I had to move, and told him that I lived in the North End of Boston, and said I wouldn't be able to get a parking permit for my street because it's a dead end alley. If I could select 0 stars I would. First of all they came out and gave us an estimate of 1700.00 and changed us over 2700.00. They stored our furniture and gave us an estimate of 325.00 a month, and charged us 525.00. They said it took more containers than they thought. They stored our furniture for a year. When they delivered it, almost every piece of furniture was damaged, legs broke off of a chest of drawers and a dresser. If I could give this company no stars, I would! This is the worst moving company ever - do not hire them. We hired them on 8.12.22 for a small move to a 2 bedroom apartment. They ruined 3 pieces of my furniture and damaged the wall leading into my apartment. They didn't wrap any of my valuable pieces of furniture with furniture pads - they used plastic wrap!!! The actual movers doing the physical labor were very helpful and professional but their boss was terrible. He changed the price and added another worker upping the cost when we had already agreed on a price. Then tried to add another $250 of extra charges, which he took off the bill once he was questioned about it. Then could not give us a reason what he was charging us extra for. I would stay far away from ALL MY SONS STORAGE out of Stoneham. What a racket.

The worst moving company!! They were 4 hours late and overcharged me. Make sure you get an estimate in writing. They quote low and overcharge at time of delivery and your stuck. They charged $59.50 for packaging tape of which they used 1/4 roll. $50 for shrink wrap. Really?

I wish I could give 0 stars or less. Stay away from this company. They try to portray themselves as a family oriented business, but don't be fooled. Every time I contacted them, I spoke to a different person, very impersonable. And to make matters worse, the information they provided to me was inconsistent and incorrect. Should have checked Yelp before hiring. They did an OK job but they ended up charging me an insane amount for a small amount of work - way more than initially quoted. They initially said I would be charged per box to pack. BE PREPARED TO PAY WAAY MORE THAN QUOTED. All I needed was for them to pack ~10 boxes worth of stuff. They ended up quoting me over $700. Thieves! They charged me for an extra hour and for materials not used. I pointed it out before signing the paper and they said to just sign it and they would take care of it later. 1 month later and they are denying any wrongdoing. Stay far, far away from these movers!

Gave them a deposit while shopping around for moving services, but after finding many concerning reviews that did not match their Google standing, I elected to not ultimately go with them. Despite a large amount of time between when I reached out to inform them I wasn't going with them and the cutoff of when I could get that deposit back, I've still yet to see my money back, which has now been almost a full month and multiple reach outs to them in which they've said to expect it within a week.
