2 years ago I moved from my home within town. This company harassed lied from the beginning. First, from my online inquiry the phone calls became incessant until and I decided to sign with them. I had chosen All My Sons because all their employees were reported to be investors in the company. One of the worst customer service experiences we've ever had. When the move was scheduled they asked if I wanted morning or afternoon. We said morning. Got our quote and verbal confirmation. Hadn't heard a word two days before move so I called. They said " oh yeah you're scheduled between 1-3 pm. We insisted that the morning was confirmed, but no go. Do not waste your time with this unprofessional company! I wasted an entire day waiting for them with the assurance they would be calling me any minute.... I had to call 4 times before they told me they could come at 6 maybe! I told them that I needed to be somewhere for 5 and they assured me they made a note and would be able to accommodate and they did the exact opposite. I even had to call TWICE to get my money back! Never use this company unless you want to be disappointed!
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. We were quoted for 4 movers and actually chose this company because we were going to get 4 movers -- we have a piano. Only 3 movers showed up and they were moving extremely slow. I called the company to ask how much the price would be reduced and talked to Amanda. She lowered the hourly price from $219/hr to 189/hr. For $30/hour, we really would have preferred the fourth mover -- it wasn't a proportional reduction in price, especially because we really needed the extra mover. She angrily told me a... read more
By far the worst team of customer service reps I have ever encountered in my life. Zero communication whatsoever, we had to call over 10 times to find out what in the world was going on. Was given a window of 7-9am, which was changed to 10-12 the night before. Crew did not show up untill almost 2. I understand things happen but how hard it is to pick up the phone to keep customers aware of what is going on. Sam and Amanda do not deserve jobs anywhere, I would fire them immediately. Received a call one hour before they were supposed to arrive saying they weren't going to be able to make it to us because the job prior to ours gave an inaccurate description of what they needed and it was going to take them all day. Terrible customer service, hung up on by their Operations Manager because we were upset (understandably) and were not offered any other options. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. WORSE experience ever. I kick myself for not reading Yelp before hiring them. This ordeal started soon after hiring them. The assistant Manager Sam was rude and condescending. Ultimately the manager Michael reassured me it was a one time issue. Horrible, I had the worst treatment starting with the 30 minute call ahead of them arriving I never got the call was 15 minutes at away at the hospital with my mother, they started the clock before I got home. Was charged for that time for 2 men. I was charged for boxing they never did! Really horrible experience with this company. Two weeks ago, my boyfriend and I scheduled movers for today and the original time window we were given was 8-10am. Got the deposit taken out with no confirmation call. When we called back on Wednesday, the 8-10 am time was confirmed. Yesterday afternoon we got another call saying that our afternoon moving time had been confirmed. We called back and were told there had been a mistake, which the guy apologized for.
