Horrible move I moved from my home into a storage building 2 miles from my house took 9 hours and I had packed everything and moved all but 10 boxes into my garage for easy access. The only things they packed were 3 televisions and a few pieces of glass. Hardly any furniture just 2 beds , dresser, chest of drawers, 2 nightstands, kitchen table, 4 chairs, 2 barstools, 1 desk chair, patio table and chairs, washer, dryer, refrigerator, 2 chairs with 2 ottomans. BRAD IN CHARLOTTE WAS THE WORST. He was rude, disrespectful, and hung up on me. He lied! I was suppose to the second move after 12pm for the day and he called me at 7:30am telling me they were about to come. I told him I had to work and he continually cut me off. He is TERRIBLE! Worst customer service I ever had.

We used All My Sons for a recent move from an apartment to a house. The distance is less than a mile, and we only had them move the heavy furniture. We have a rice bed with removable posts and finials that the crew could not even remember to bring in our house. When we finally got them back a several days later, two of the finials were broken and the damage award was insulting. DO NOT USE THEM IN MY OPINION!!

A truck from All My Sons basically wrecked me and my horse trailer going down the road. Pulled right out infront of us on a busy highway. I had 3 horses on my trailer and they ALL got slammed because of All My Sons. The driver of the truck needs to be fired! I will be pressing charges for the Vet. bills!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Truly horrible. DO NOT HIRE. We had a double move - from our old house to storage and then from storage to our new home 3 weeks later. Our sales person was so nice and gave a real good sales pitch. When we asked about insurance she glossed over the $.06 per pound coverage, but assured us extra insurance wasn't necessary as these men are so well trained and careful. (TL;DR Arrived with no notice, overcharged, over priced supplies, terrible movers. Scratches on furniture, dents on walls, and an extra trip to the store for drinks during the move. Final price for a 1 bedroom apartment move 14 minutes away: $697.50) Setup an afternoon appointment with All My Sons, spoke to someone before hand who walked me through what to expect, he said someone would contact me when the movers were on the way. We have moved 13 times over the last 25 years. We are a family of 7 and very experienced at moving. We've used 3 different moving companies for these moves. We've used All my sons 3 times. The first two times went well. This last move is by far our worst move ever! The crew we had was awful. If I could give 0 stars I would. We were quoted a rate for 2 trucks, and yet they only sent 1 truck. So they spent hours trying to fit it all into the truck. This was the worst moving experience I ever had. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. We hired them to partially move some of our belongings to our new house (I moved myself the small furniture and boxes) it took three men and five ours to just move 1bed, 2dressers, 1night table, 1armchair, 1sofa, 1 small wine cooler, 1 small bookshelf, and 1 dining table (without the chairs) . Please read before hiring this service. This was the worse experience I have ever had with a moving company. I only had 7 items and it took 6 hours! The team ruined 20 of my stairs, ruined my drywall in multiple places, stopped at Bojangles, which they included in my time, ripped my couch, and broke my entertainment center. When I filed a claim they only offered $100. DO NOT USE as it will cost you more in repairs than it will to actually move.
