(TL;DR Arrived with no notice, overcharged, over priced supplies, terrible movers. Scratches on furniture, dents on walls, and an extra trip to the store for drinks during the move. Final price for a 1 bedroom apartment move 14 minutes away: $697.50) Setup an afternoon appointment with All My Sons, spoke to someone before hand who walked me through what to expect, he said someone would contact me when the movers were on the way. We have moved 13 times over the last 25 years. We are a family of 7 and very experienced at moving. We've used 3 different moving companies for these moves. We've used All my sons 3 times. The first two times went well. This last move is by far our worst move ever! The crew we had was awful. If I could give 0 stars I would. We were quoted a rate for 2 trucks, and yet they only sent 1 truck. So they spent hours trying to fit it all into the truck. This was the worst moving experience I ever had. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. We hired them to partially move some of our belongings to our new house (I moved myself the small furniture and boxes) it took three men and five ours to just move 1bed, 2dressers, 1night table, 1armchair, 1sofa, 1 small wine cooler, 1 small bookshelf, and 1 dining table (without the chairs) . Please read before hiring this service. This was the worse experience I have ever had with a moving company. I only had 7 items and it took 6 hours! The team ruined 20 of my stairs, ruined my drywall in multiple places, stopped at Bojangles, which they included in my time, ripped my couch, and broke my entertainment center. When I filed a claim they only offered $100. DO NOT USE as it will cost you more in repairs than it will to actually move.

Told me they'd arrive between 11am-4pm. Arrived at 430. Didn't bring enough men or a big enough truck. Only moved 1/2 of my 3 bedroom house. Busted drywall in old house. Broke furniture. Threatened to take til 1 am to finish if they have to take furniture inside when they charge hourly. Left all my heavy furniture in my garage. Called to tell them of my displeasure with busted drywall and broken furniture and Lawrence told me he couldn't do anything for me. Terrible service. Would not recommend.

Please read and believe. We have moved from one house to another three times over the years with no complaints. This move was from one 1 berm apt to another less than a mile away. The worst move ever. Very slow. It took 3 workers three hours to load a truck with 20 boxes, 1 bed a couch and a recliner. They were , unprofessionally dressed (one guy had sliders on). If I could leave minus stars I would! Terrible company to deal with. They stole 2 gaming systems and scratched our hardwood floors, damaged walls and broke the frame of our Sleep Number bed. And to top that the delivery guys asked for a tip!! Absolutely worse service ever!!!

Please Read: I don't do review much but this is BY FAR a horrible enough experience that I feel the need to let people avoid it. AMS arrived promptly with two young movers who didn't know how to pack or disassemble any items; they had no tools; and seemingly very little prior experience. They kept saying that my stuff would NOT fit all my stuff- which experience denied. I recommend NOT using them at all. That would be my recommendation! I am absolutely floored by how many broken things I have. One dresser is done for. Glass busted on a coffee table. 3 very expensive pieces of pottery. Scratched a different dresser. And broke a clock from my grandmother. When they delivered to the new house, they had no tools and tried putting my things together with a steak knife. I paid 3k for this mess. And i have gotten zero help with my claim for damages. I will be reporting them to the BBB as well.
