Well I guess I'll just add to the list of negative reviews. They actually completed 2 moves for us, the first one was actually good. Older and more professional group of men. Second move, not so! Young guys that were not very professional, damaged a lot things including a wall and furniture, they were in a big hurry to finish. We filed a claim and had not signed it yet, then found others items that we damaged, but they said we could not add to the claim. I guess we will not be using them again.

Sounds like Rachel D had the same movers I had. They sent a very young crew of three. One was diligent and working- the other two playing games and talking on phone. Lots of breaks. NOT PROFESSIONAL, NOT GOOD PACE. Only 7 things to move a very short distance. Terrible experience. We scheduled out across states move back in April. They pushed our move back 48 hrs the night before at 6 pm! They did nothing to help. None of the other branches would help. Very disappointed. We ended up not using them and are waiting for our deposit back. Look at local companies first! Thanks and good luck!

THIS COMPANY IS A BIG SCAM. DO NOT USE THEM!! PLEASE read all these reviews related to getting charged WAY MORE THAN what your original quote was or what you confirmed about the charges over the phone!! I'm not surprised to see 2 stars out of 5. This company is a big SCAM, they will tell you one thing over the phone and make you pay something COMPLETELY different. And when I say COMPLETELY different I'm talking about big bucks here!! I had a scheduled moving date for Saturday from 8 AM to 10 AM. All My Sons called me at 8 AM to tell me "they would not be able to move me because all of their batteries had been stolen out of the trucks and even another moving company had been affected. They had called the police...and it was just terrible." They had to reschedule for Monday, (two days later) which really put me behind and off set my schedule. My husband even had to ask off work. Do Not Hire. We only moved 2 miles away. Quoted 4 hours to move. Took 7 hours. Quoted approx $1200. Total was $3000. Truck was too small. Cost another $1000 to hire trailers and personnel locally to complete the job. Never Again.

Horrible experience. It took 3 men and 6 hours to move a one bedroom apartment in North Charleston to a storage unit off Bees Ferry Rd. So much wasted materials that I almost brought it back to their office to ask if this was typical? I have several large mirrors that were not properly packed. Upon entering my storage unit two months later I found my largest mirror broken. This mirror was wrapped with plastic duct tape in places instead of being wrapped with one of the two large roles of furniture wrap I had left over. When... read more

NEVER use this company. **All My Sons moving** I spoke with them 2x after booking/prior to the moving day. Everything seemed great. They were scheduled for a 10am arrival on Friday 5/20. On the moving day they didn't call or showed up. When I reached out to them they said they were running behind and would try to squeeze us in . Keep in mind I booked these ppl 2 weeks in advance. By far the worst moving experience ever. They told me I would be the first move when confirming, then turns out they had to "do me a favor to squeeze me in" so that they could get me in the day they originally confirmed? So they finally showed up at 3pm, didn't use any of the 20 moving blankets to move my wood furniture. So naturally my dresser was slid across the ground, TOP down in only plastic wrap which resulted in it getting completely ruined. Also ruined, my TV and another wood chair.
