This was this most unprofessional group, I paid for them to move my mother from one storage unit to another. When they took the boxes to the final location they left the boxes in the hall way instead of in her unit. What did I pay for. I would have never paid them if I would have known that the job would not have been completed. Do not use!

Horrible customer service. I booked and paid deposit on movers. Only to be told the day before moving that it would now be triple the cost at both locations for 2 helpers to load and unload. Almost $900 for an hours work at both. Now im left with out any help at all. And scrambling to find anyone to help me the day before my relocation. Their response" sorry for your misunderstanding that employee was new". Your refund with take 3 to 4 days. I DID NOT MISUNDERSTAND I asked and confirmed pricing and what was included. We hired all my sons a month ago for our move which should have been today I have been contacting them to see what time they would come the week prior they stated someone would call me 3 days before our move to set up a time I called on that day left a message no return call back 2 days before and they didn't return my call and lastly the day before which someone who answered stated we would be the second move. Called for a small office move quote. M'Lisa FaceTimed me to view the articles of the move. After a very short discussion on what was moving, she became very focused on a divider potentially being moved. She was attamant that the 3 piece divider be broken down before the move. Which was totally fine. I told her we could break it down, but I would move it, since it was such an issue. I would give this company zero stars if I could. I have moved numerous times and never had a move like this. None of my furniture was handled with care. I've never had a move where the movers want to FLIP every piece of furniture. They scratched and caused damage to many pieces. I had one buffet table that I told the mover that the legs were delicate and to take extra care. He kicked the legs to test it?! They kept putting furniture on a dolly and caused it to bounce down the stairs. They didn't have any proper tools to lift... read more

Extremely bad service even before the move is scheduled. During the initial call, the customer service person was definitely very good and offered an estimate appnt as well as moving date. We were told to wait a call from estimate person. Melissa, called and rudely mentioned that our original date is taken and they have to move to another date a week away. I will NEVER use All My Sons again due to the unprofessional behavior of the 3 movers Ed, Sam and Bob and their manager Daniel Paulauskas. First of all, they were FOUR HOURS LATE and never called to tell me.Every time I called, I got a "manager" named Omar who sounded like he was drunk or high and refused to give an arrival time. I DO NOT recommend this company! We hired them for a long distance move from Charlotte to NJ. When they were delivering our items out of storage to our new home in NJ, we were missing items (large furniture pieces, not just small boxes). Because it was late on a Friday night, the movers told us to just make a note of it and someone would call us the next day. Then the run-around began. Worst moving experience ever with this so called company. Do not use! Do Not Want to Give Any Stars!! Awful compaby. Original move was supposed to be Tuesday, July 27, But we rescheduled for Wednesday, July 28 due to the storm in the area.
