Extremely bad service even before the move is scheduled. During the initial call, the customer service person was definitely very good and offered an estimate appnt as well as moving date. We were told to wait a call from estimate person. Melissa, called and rudely mentioned that our original date is taken and they have to move to another date a week away. I will NEVER use All My Sons again due to the unprofessional behavior of the 3 movers Ed, Sam and Bob and their manager Daniel Paulauskas. First of all, they were FOUR HOURS LATE and never called to tell me.Every time I called, I got a "manager" named Omar who sounded like he was drunk or high and refused to give an arrival time. I DO NOT recommend this company! We hired them for a long distance move from Charlotte to NJ. When they were delivering our items out of storage to our new home in NJ, we were missing items (large furniture pieces, not just small boxes). Because it was late on a Friday night, the movers told us to just make a note of it and someone would call us the next day. Then the run-around began. Worst moving experience ever with this so called company. Do not use! Do Not Want to Give Any Stars!! Awful compaby. Original move was supposed to be Tuesday, July 27, But we rescheduled for Wednesday, July 28 due to the storm in the area. Trust the reviews, this was the worst moving experience I have ever had. The moving team failed to protect my home, and caused $800 in floor damage, which the company only offered $150 to make it right. I know this company from up North, and suspect that is why my house mate picked them. Unfortunately the Charlotte branch is FAR from the quality I remember from NY. Incredibly disappointed and frustrated by the whole experience.

I was pleased with the men that helped me. They were awesome. I was their second (third in one case) move and they were visibly tired and slower. I was thrown off by having to have all of the items wrapped. I was not advised that this had to happen which caused the time to increase by high amount. I did receive a discount at the end as I only had a certain amount of money in my account (188.00-159.00 for hour rate). Hands down the worst moving company I have ever worked with. Extremely slow and lazy. Local "manager" of the Charlotte branch leaves a lot to be desired. He has absolutely no clue what customer service means and has no business being a manager. All My Sons charge by the hour and rest assured they will milk every minute they can. BEWARE! If I could rate a negative number I would! On September 22nd I had movers from All My Sons (referring to as AMS) come to my home to assist me with moving items to a storage unit that a previous moving company could not fit in their truck. In addition, there were some things that I was still using - computer/monitors/blowup mattress, etc. So, AMS was to move these things to storage until the move date into my new home on 10/9. They quoted me $230 an hour for 4 movers. I paid $230 deposit and I made sure I had everything packed in boxes and in the garage ready to move. The only thing they needed to do was move furniture and break down two kid beds. I have moved several times before and it should have been an easy 2 hour move. When they got here and realized I was a single black mother they told me I had to pay an additional $1500+ for their services. Do not use them!
