NEVER use this company. **All My Sons moving** I spoke with them 2x after booking/prior to the moving day. Everything seemed great. They were scheduled for a 10am arrival on Friday 5/20. On the moving day they didn't call or showed up. When I reached out to them they said they were running behind and would try to squeeze us in . Keep in mind I booked these ppl 2 weeks in advance. By far the worst moving experience ever. They told me I would be the first move when confirming, then turns out they had to "do me a favor to squeeze me in" so that they could get me in the day they originally confirmed? So they finally showed up at 3pm, didn't use any of the 20 moving blankets to move my wood furniture. So naturally my dresser was slid across the ground, TOP down in only plastic wrap which resulted in it getting completely ruined. Also ruined, my TV and another wood chair. Does not care for you or your property, only your money, the workers showed up late then immediately started asking for a tip on how fast they will move my stuff. I was charged for everything they had, I would be surprised if they charged me to be in their presence. Next think I know my bill is 2k plus due to how slow they moved. I called their office and they wanted to launch an investigation. In other words, "I'm not doing anything so deal with it". This company should not be in business.
Things have to be bad for me to leave a review like this but everyone needs to understand the bad and unethical business practice happening here and beware when getting an estimate. I did a walk through with the estimator and we did a count of everything that needed to be moved. This was a simple moving things from upstairs to the garage so the floors could be redone. This moving company is a complete scam. They completely destroyed my new homes wall and some items that they "promised" they pack gently clearly not!!!! And when I tried to speak to someone about it they were not responsive and after two month of submitting my claim after paying 1500 to have them move a one bedroom. They said they can only give me $150for the damage!!!!!STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY YOU ARE BETTER OFF MOVING IT YOUR SELF they are very unprofessional and rude, one of the movers used my new bathroom and clogged... read more

It's too bad that the hard work and professionalism of the actual movers is overshadowed by the absolute HORRENDOUS customer service in the office. The owner Brock basically told me I was a liar. I'm not a liar, you screwed me for an extra $100 but I'm sure you screw most people for even more every single day. Never again.
The only reason why I'm giving one star is because I can't leave a review otherwise. I hired AMS's in January. The move was an absolute nightmare. They ruined a multitude of furniture as a result of carelessness & not covering any of my furniture. They had my couch cushions on the street, rolled my coffee table across my front lawn without any protection & broke several pieces of furniture. Got a quote for $196 for moving a safe approximately 30 feet, including up 5 steps. They then, after I have turned down taxing my friends and my son out for Christmas, and the opportunity is past with family and friends, they triple the price on me. Then 2 hours before the move, they cancel. They then try to reschedule and give me one window, at 0800 when I am in a teleconference.
