This moving company is a complete scam. They completely destroyed my new homes wall and some items that they "promised" they pack gently clearly not!!!! And when I tried to speak to someone about it they were not responsive and after two month of submitting my claim after paying 1500 to have them move a one bedroom. It's too bad that the hard work and professionalism of the actual movers is overshadowed by the absolute HORRENDOUS customer service in the office. The owner Brock basically told me I was a liar. I'm not a liar, you screwed me for an extra $100 but I'm sure you screw most people for even more every single day. Never again.

The only reason why I'm giving one star is because I can't leave a review otherwise. I hired AMS's in January. The move was an absolute nightmare. They ruined a multitude of furniture as a result of carelessness & not covering any of my furniture. They had my couch cushions on the street, rolled my coffee table across my front lawn without any protection & broke several pieces of furniture. Got a quote for $196 for moving a safe approximately 30 feet, including up 5 steps. They then, after I have turned down taxing my friends and my son out for Christmas, and the opportunity is past with family and friends, they triple the price on me. Then 2 hours before the move, they cancel. They then try to reschedule and give me one window, at 0800 when I am in a teleconference. This was this most unprofessional group, I paid for them to move my mother from one storage unit to another. When they took the boxes to the final location they left the boxes in the hall way instead of in her unit. What did I pay for. I would have never paid them if I would have known that the job would not have been completed. Do not use!

Horrible customer service. I booked and paid deposit on movers. Only to be told the day before moving that it would now be triple the cost at both locations for 2 helpers to load and unload. Almost $900 for an hours work at both. Now im left with out any help at all. And scrambling to find anyone to help me the day before my relocation. Called for a small office move quote. M'Lisa FaceTimed me to view the articles of the move. After a very short discussion on what was moving, she became very focused on a divider potentially being moved. She was attamant that the 3 piece divider be broken down before the move. Which was totally fine. I told her we could break it down, but I would move it, since it was such an issue. I would give this company zero stars if I could. I have moved numerous times and never had a move like this. None of my furniture was handled with care. I've never had a move where the movers want to FLIP every piece of furniture. They scratched and caused damage to many pieces. I had one buffet table that I told the mover that the legs were delicate and to take extra care. He kicked the legs to test it?!
