We had a crew of 3 from All My Sons move us today from Harrisburg to Belmont & were very pleased with their service. They were prompt, very polite, and extremely hard-working. We had some HEAVY furniture moved from 2nd floor to 2nd floor & they handled it like pros. There was not a single knick or scratch on anything. We'll definitely use All My Sons for any future moves! Unless you have a passion for being scammed out of your money, I would chose literally any other method to move your stuff. *This is long but it is worth the read After being quoted $515-$615, I paid a whopping $1,100 to be told by the mover that he “gets payed hourly so they are not in a huge rush” and that he was hungover from the night before. They scammed my neighbor (a single mother) out of $1200. When I spoke with them, the level of unprofessionalism was astounding. They left mounds of items unpacked and unmoved. My neighbor called me crying so myself (a single mother of two) went to help her and our neighbors. The individuals were hostile and unwilling to take accountability for being caught sitting on the job while she moved between apartments and when I called them, they were disrespectful and raised their voice. Worst movers on the planet by a big margin. These jokers showed up hours late then put a gash on my floor within 15 minutes of arriving which could have been prevented if they were actually professional and put down a runner. Now I have the daunting task of dealing with their claim/repair process. My biggest issue is they cause the damage and I end up dealing with their stupid processes and poor customer service. We booked All My Sons for a move out of state Move based on great reviews and recommendations from others. However, our experience has been less than ideal and extremely frustrating. Quite literally a nightmare. We were scheduled to move 6/13. We confirmed twice for arrival, load time, drive, and unloading.
