Let me start by saying the movers were extremely nice. HOWEVER, they are better suited for being delivery guys. Let's get into the particulars.....they hold your stuff inside the truck at the new location until after you pay. We were told the truck was full. When we arrived at my new house, not only was the truck NOT full, but the stuff also wasn't properly secured. My things were everywhere. They then have you sign off on the move. If only I wasn't forced to give the one star.. Not only did I have a Bose Bluetooth speaker stolen during the move, but also a 55" TV broken. This was all in addition to the crew literally sitting in their truck in my driveway from 3:17pm to shortly after 4:00pm merely waiting for their tip to come through via Venmo.....(presumptuous, tacky, and AWKWARD!!!)....while being logged as being on the clock by their office's "teletracking" system for billing purposes. I honestly don't even think they deserve a 1 Star! I talked to the rep with AMS and was sent an email with the "Quote" and he also made sure that he repeated that there would be NO hidden fees, no extra charges, and that this would be a "professional" move, also that my items wouldn't get any damages because of their movers are trained very well to keep our items safe....WELL LET ME TELL YOU THAT THEY ARE FULL OF BS! I used this company after someone recommended them to me. The estimator came to my house and took an inventory of all of my items and gave me an estimate for the move. He told me it may change a little on moving day based on the amount of hours they needed to move (up or down). The actual guys moving me that day did a really good job. But the rest of the experience was not good! The final charge on moving day was 50% higher than what I was quoted! If I could give this branch a negative rating I would. First of all, Brock A's review is hilarious given the fact that he is an employee at the company. Not only is he an employee but his unprofessional behavior made this the worst move we've ever had, and we have moved a lot. We hired them for two moves. The first one was great, the second one made me feel like I had entered the bowels of hell. They were supposed to pack and load our items on 3/8 and deliver on 3/9. I would like to take this time to advise everyone of my experience with All My Sons Moving & Storage. To say that the entire experience, from start to finish, was unacceptable would be an understatement... When the movers arrived on 12/12/2020, my husband met the truck and crew in front of the building while I stayed inside of the apartment. I called two months in advance to book movers, the initial call was great enthusiastic and encouraging to pick All My Sons moving & storage. The day that I confirmed my move they said I would receive an email with confirmation of my deposit, and email with confirmation of my move and fees. I did not receive any of those things and I called back to get my emails and the gentleman said sure I'll send those right over. If I could give this company negative stars I would. Took 3 movers over 8 hours to move my 2 bedroom apt 4 miles to a new townhouse. Charged over $300 to package my flat screen TVs in boxes cobbled together by 1 mover who took over an hour to do so. Broke a light fixture. And almost every dish packed in boxes marked fragile and wrapped. Pretty sure several boxes were just thrown. At times the movers put 2 or 3 boxes on a hand truck at a time. Like the other customer I only had a 1 bedroom apartment. They charged me 656 dollars and used overpriced materials. I also noticed that they cracked my tv screen I do not recommend them. Worse move ever well the price and the cracked tv screen
