We use them to move from one home to a new home We were told when we set up reservations with all my sons that we were going to be moved first thing in the morning and when they confirmed I had asked them around what time they said anywhere between 9:00 and 11:00 they should be there. So in noon time came around they weren't there so I called. And they told me that they were finishing up a job and they wouldn't be there until 4:00. Rasheed and his crew did an excellent job! They explained the process upon arrival, doublechecked which items were to go/remain; and they did it all with a smile. They were great!
Told me they’d arrive between 11am-4pm. Arrived at 430. Didn’t bring enough men or a big enough truck. Only moved 1/2 of my 3 bedroom house. Busted drywall in old house. Broke furniture. Threatened to take til 1 am to finish if they have to take furniture inside when they charge hourly. Left all my heavy furniture in my garage. Called to tell them of my displeasure with busted drywall and broken furniture and Lawrence told me he couldn’t do anything for me. Terrible service. Would not recommend.
This was the worst move I have ever experienced! They were supposed to be at our apartment at 11:00, they arrived at 3:00 and left our new house at 12:00 midnight. One of the guys dropped a night stand down the steps and made a big hole in the wall. We have found scratches on our furniture that were not there before! I would NEVER use All My Sons Moving & Storage again!!
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a moving company. First I was lied to by the actual movers and then told if I paid them cash they would stay an extra hour which was totally false. I was robbed over $150. They are not professional and was more interested in taking their time and goofing off and finally ripping me off. I called numerous times to report this and was told someone would call me back and never did.
Omar Corbett and his crew saved our day after another company dropped the ball and left us hanging. He and his crew were friendly and efficient. They had us loaded and ready to travel in the time allotted. Great personalities and very hardworking guys. Thanks again.
