Terrible service using All My Sons DallasDowntown. They broke my 50" tv, porcelain doll, glass shelf in doll cabinet, knocked the corners off from the nice 6 ft wooden cabinet, didn't wrap one doll in paper and didn't box up the items from the drawers and lower cabinets and it is a jumbled mess. Due to surgery I haven't been able to look through that stuff to see if anything is broken. Broke a Wooden file cabinet drawers items weren't boxed up. Unfortunately, I cannot give this company a positive review. Out move was on Saturday with Jonathan, Daniel, and Jayvion. One of the movers left with my husband's apartment key fob in his pocket (he had been given the fob so he would have access to the elevator). Our move was on a Saturday and we have called 5 times since Monday and each time no one has been able to help us get the key back. Buyer beware! I have never seen such an unprofessional company as this one. They are rude, they damaged so many items and also lost items, and many of us have had items stolen including me!!!!!! Then when it comes to pay claims they will screw you big time! And, they will bait and switch on you so be very careful, and as I said buyer beware. How they managed to stay in business this long is a miracle.

fundamentally dishonest pricing. they quoted me a price about a month before my move then said we would do "final" pricing 4 days before my move. I called concerned and said I wanted no surprises. they assured me there would not be any. No one called 4 days before move, I called them they said they would call in 2 days. On the day they called they wanted me to agree to a guaranteed maximum price which they said would cap my costs and if they were less, I would pay less. Well, guess what. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Charged me $2k to empty out a 10x20 storage unit and move it 35mi away. They were late showing up and late getting to my new place. I will just do it myself next time.

Confirmed 8-9am start time, team showed up at 11am. Paperwork was not correct, I told the company during the quote what we had, that we would need help packing and had large items, paperwork showed prepacked with no large items so they arrived with just a truck and a dollie. Movers quoted 1100-2000, final price was 4600 and they didn't even finish the job. Hired them to move some items. I was quoted $1500 total. Paid $800 down payment and then they demanded $3000 to get my items. I was told that if I didn't pay ,they were going to have a bonfire with my items, I said to go ahead and have a bonfire, I didn't pay them and never received my items returned. Very deceiving. Look elsewhere for your moving project. Be very careful when choosing this company.

Worst experience with movers in my entire life! Avoid this company at all costs! Movers tracked mud throughout the house and AFTER decided to put boxes down on the floor which they then proceeded to try and charge me $240 for. Didn't put any boxes in the proper rooms despite multiple requests. Didn't unwrap furniture. Didn't remove muddy boxes. They also didn't close any livestock gates and let 1/2 our herd of goats out onto the driveway. Gave up 2 hours into the job and then cancelled their reschedule. To top it off, they... read more

Very bad experience. OUr furniture was stored for a month and came back covered in dirt. Glass from a table was broken and a rug ruined because is wasn't rolled up and stored properly. Then when I filed a claim, I was offered pennies on the dollar of my replacement costs, even though I had bought extra insurance. Will not use again and will certainly not recommend to others. Bad experience.
