I used this moving company and 4 really SHADY people came to my home. I am an OLDER man and I know when I see criminals and lo and behold STOLE my vinyl records. DO NOT use this company.

Use another company! I retained a rate of $126/hr with two movers. Moving from a 1br/1ba with storage unit to a home twice in size (and 20 min away). I packed everything except storage items (on shelves that would be shrink-wrapped) and the heavy items (bed, mattress, dressers, washer/dryer, TVs). and the kitchen. I was gifted a free kitchen pack (although I packed the kitchen on move day). On move day, I was informed that 2 movers would take 7+ hours and the truck wasn't big enough. I hired three guys thinking that'll help speed up the process. I was wrong, it actually slowed them down. One guy was supposed to be wrapping once the furniture arrived in the truck. absolutely had no idea what he was doing. At no time was plastic wrap used to protect my item. They used tape to wrap expensive furniture. which was damaged in the process. One guy also used tape to securely transport items the stairs, which was ruined. Another took so many breaks. Edit: You'll note they ask you to call. When you do they tell you they care and someone will call you. They don't. Worst Customer service I've ever experienced when paying THOUSANDS of dollars. I generally go with the adage that if I've nothing nice to say, I'm not going to say anything at all when it comes to retailers or services, as everyone has a bad day. The crew that arrived were top tier pros, but watch out! They'll double charge you for travel fees (2x labor rate). This was not communicated to me by Austin or with Joy when I booked this. Hard pass on these crooks.

Scammed my mother. They set the hourly quote low then when all of your furniture is in the truck they try to hit you with a bill for THOUSANDS of dollars. Not to mention they scratched the floors and lost screws for the couch and bed frame. Find any other company!

The absolute worst experience of my life. I have moved apartments multiple times and never have I ever experienced such poor customer service and shady business tactics. We were quoted $135 per hour and we spoke to two separate people who said our move shouldn't take longer than 2 hours. The day of our two movers showed up and said it would be an all day project and that it would cost close to $1,000. For five items. A bed, a dresser, tv stand and two couches. The move itself was great. The team was friendly and did a good job packing and moving our stuff. Problem was that they damaged the handles to our fridge while trying to put the handles back on once at the delivery location. They tried for an hour to get them on and then said we'd just have to file a claim to have them repaired / replaced. After getting the prices to have them replaced they claim money they offered was not near enough. Not happy that I'm out of pocket money due to their negligence. I'd suggest you purc... read more

All My Sons do not move your items with care. They do not take pride in their work. Maybe consider birthing or adopting more sons who want to work as movers or even train your sons to move boxes, fragile items, and furniture with care.
