I am so disappointed and I haven't even used them yet. I spoke to someone earlier today who was more than happy to take my deposit. I needed to ask one more question and have been trying to call someone back for the last hour and no one picks up. I feel like I have been bamboozled and wish I would have read these reviews first. They lie and manipulate pricing. You'll get a call and agree on X amount, pay a deposit, get another call adding 18% to the price, and then the price is tripled on the move in date?? Looks like they are still up to there old SCAM tactics according to 90% of the reviews I see. How tf are they still in business?

A former employee recommend this company, and I HAD THE MOVE FROM HELL!!! I admit that we were not totally packed( I had requested packing help), three guys arrived, one being on the truck or phone most of the time, as he could not handle the odor from my 85 year old husband's leaky underpants on the couch and a chair( urine smell), and they even refused to use my shrink wrap, let alone boxes( charged me $288 for materials. We requested a move and pack for a 2br, 2br apt. We only needed our kitchen and master bedroom closet packed as we moved the other items earlier in the week. We were given 3 movers, but unfortunately one of the movers spent 5 hours packing our kitchen and master bedroom. I ordered two guys to load a container when the guy show up there is three of them $500 for the first hour and $200 per hour. After that the thing that they don't tell you is they are going to charge you 20% of the total for fuel, my problem is they didn't go anywhere. They didn't use any fuel and the $500 for the first hour should cover them arriving to the job site so where did that money go? The WORST moving exp ever!!! HORRIBLE! All My Sons should be called ALL MY SCAMMERS in my opinion. They moved me twice and both were terrible experiences. I only had them move me the 2nd time because my stuff was in storage covered by their insurance policy. First horrible incident: They tried to refuse to unload my belongings until I paid them OVER the contracted amount but since I had a "not to exceed" contract I argued with the manager SAMMY for 45 minutes and he finally agreed to honor the contract. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Please get everything in writing before agreeing to use them and READ IT. They charge an extra 18% for fuel and fees. They are nice when booking and Rude and disrespectful at the end of your move. I can guarantee your price will charge at payment time. If they offer you anything FREE it is NOT!!!!! Do not trust this company they are disgusting!

Worst moving experience I have ever had. It took 2 men 12 hours to move my 2 bedroom 1500sq ft apt. It was packed, they did not pack and I paid $2688.I got hit with a $398.16 fuel surcharge to go 2.3 miles and a $142. travel charge, $191.00 packing materials (only a a few pieces of tape) and then 12 hours of ridiculous slow labor. The movers were nice and polite but Imagine paying this amount and having to get up in the truck to offload boxes and then dump everything in the garage to do later. This company is nothing but a dennof thieves. They use bait & switch pricing and(in my opinion) a company that provides fake 5* reviews. They quote 1 price, load the truck half full claiming they cant load any more because it is full. Then before they unload they raise the price to double or triple the original amount. There are many complaints! DO YOUR RESEARCH!! At least 1 complaint has been made to both the BBB AND to the Texas AG. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!
