All My Sons Moving packed and moved my house on Oct 31st. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! To begin, they would not move my furniture into their storage facility even after I had confirmed the storage with their main office. They also would not move all of my furniture claiming they saw a dead bug (a dead gnat) on a sofa and a mattress. Movers dropped and broke a $3,000 flat screen TV. LONG REVIEW, BUT REAL LIFE EXPERIENCE.... I definitely should have done my research and checked the reviews before using this company. The first issue was that they scheduled my move for the WRONG DAY! I tried to be very nice and calm although I was fuming. I was transferred back and forth about 4 times. Still no problem. This is champagne-priced moving with beer-budget services. They quoted an estimate of $600-$1,000, but was charged $2,200.00 for a two bedroom apartment for a move that was less than 10 miles away! You would think for that price that your wares would be treated like priceless Ming vases and they would have helped you finish packing, but you have another think coming. The two movers, Ty and T were absolutely fantastic. Hard working, courteous, and professional. They arrived promptly and were very nice to interact with. The big problem was with pricing. When the manager called two days prior to confirm, I was quoted a much higher fee than what I was told previously over the phone upon my initial contact and set up. Friendly service .. however I was quoted 173.00 per hour and paid a $100 deposit fee. Once they arrived they took a long time getting everything out to the truck. They even left some items behind that I asked to be brought to the new unit. I was only moving to a different building in the same complex and they charged me a a fuel charge which was 18% of the total fee. My total for 3 and half hours came out to 1200.00 dollars. Wish I could give zero stars. The company charged my 78 y/o mother $1000 more than the quoted price after they had loaded the truck with her things. Then the next day she discovered that they destroyed her 75 inch TV. Only offered her $150 for the insurance claim....

My son and daughter-in-law used this company on August of 2024. They were moving apartments within the same complex. They were quoted $650 total for everything with the move. After taking their time and numerous breaks and had the stuff on the truck, they told them it was going to be $1300. They either had to pay that or their stuff would be taken to a storage unit. ************** I will have them call but they called your office at time this took place and you only offered to remove $150 of the $600 you over charged. During the move, our dining room table (valued at over $2,000 had two legs broken. Despite having the maximum insurance from All My Sons, we were only offered $100 to fix the table. Independent estimates came in well above this number, bit it did not change anything. Do not use this company to move anything of value and definitely do not pay extra for the insurance.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. They quote yo $600. They call to confirm and "remind" you of 18% random fee. They show up late. They quote you $1000 dollars. When you say you were quoted $600. they just leave. Excuse "dog feces". What horse shit. I am using Wildcat movers Did a great job
