They hit me with all these hidden fees once my stuff was on their truck! They double my prices from 1k to 2k and Ryan the manager was super rude. I will never go with them. This is a super scam!!!!! If I could give a 0 I would. Save your money.

Fuck you and your question what can you improve ! It is important to read reviews before using "big name " supposedly great companies ! They are a big joke and had I read reviews prior to this interaction! IT WOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED! I was quoted $378 ONLY TO REARRANGE FURNITURE IN A ROOM ! Not leaving the resident just rearrange my mom has heavy furniture so we needed a little muscle ! What I thought would be a $400 move turned out to be $1000. This is my first time using movers and the amount of fees...My move was in the same complex, just a different building and I had to request my items to be moved into my garage to avoid additional heavy fees. I wish I would've shopped around more. Do your research and read the dotted lines before you go with a moving company, this was an expensive lesson for me.

DO NOT HIRE OR TRUST this company! If you like wasting money, having your items delivered damaged and paying for unnecessary packing supplies..then this is the company for you!! They hook you with their so called "experience" and reasonable initial quotes and then slap you in the face MANY hours later with an OUTRAGEOUS price that is nearly 2x your initial quote and it gets better, THEY HOLD YOUR ITEMS HOSTAGE IN FRONT OF YOUR HOUSE UNTIL YOU PAY WHILE STILL REMAINING ON THE CLOCK! Pretty similar experience to the other reviews! At first my experience was great, helpful and friendly staff on the phone when booking. The timing was a bit off from what I expected since I booked for 9:00am and they showed up around 1:00pm which wasn't communicated until the day of my move. On the day of, I had everything packed and ready to go in my studio apartment. The two guys that helped me were very kind so nothing personal with them at all. Scam. My husvand scheduled moving services. We were told they would up between 10am-noon. They show up at 630pm and complain. Said we had too many things..that they didn't know we were on the 2nd floor...that this was a 4 person job...its gonna take forever. My husband got sick of their complaints and told them to leave. Management did a poor job of communicating to their employees. We are not at fault for their lack of details and communication. We were looking forward to PAYING for "too many things" to be moved. This was the WORST moving experience ever!! (1) When they entered the move date in their system, they entered the wrong date - - 2 weeks after the agreed upon date. (2) When I contacted them about not receiving and estimated move time, I was given the run around and marketing hype... how they would take care of us and do such a good job. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If I could give ZERO stars, I absolutely would. This place is a total rip-off and operates with shady business practices. A few years ago, we hired them to help us move. We were told three movers would be handling the job. After they arrived and started working, one of the guys suddenly left -- apparently to go help with another move. Do not hire this moving company. I've heard countless stories of them stealing and severely damaging property, not to mention I've personally known 2 people who were missing several of their items after drop off. Consistently terrible across the board.
