This place is a total scam. Read the fine print!!! They quote you one price on the phone but when you sign the fine print has other charges that were NOT disclosed during the phone conversation. My move was estimated at 500-600 dollars and they tried to charge me $1089.00!!! Due to the hidden fees in the contract. Do Not Use this Service!!!!!

I made the mistake of trusting a quick glance at google reviews when scheduling these guys who seemed friendly enough on the phone. Turns out Google reviews are mostly bots these days. These guys are scam artists through and through; they charge double the hourly labor rate than any local competitor and throw in outrageous hidden fees like hundreds of dollars for "shrink wrap" and hundreds more for driving less than a mile. This company "lost" OVER 3500 dollars worth of my camera equipment. I was being moved out for renovations and when I came back and unpacked my belongings, I had two cameras, and two lenses missing that equalled up to $4,000. They sent me a claim and told me that the most they could cover was only $100. $100??? That's ONE SD card that was in the camera. and I didn't even report the 4 I was missing. Awful! Half our things are missing! Scratched my new floor in my brand new home! Won't be using them ever again! These guys are crooks!! Absolute crooks! Made us sign the papers and pay before unloading. Said it was company POLICY! I should have yelped searched and seen all these reviews! So dumb! NEVER EVER using them again! Freaking ridiculous. quote on the phone was way $350-$500, I expect ed a bit more as I added wardrobe boxes but when completed it jumped to almost $650. the mover did a good job but I was charged for 2 movers and the other just stayed with truck. I requested an afternoon move and on 2 different calls they kept trying to move me to an am.... I won't use them again or recommend them.

Terrible experience -- avoid this company at all costs. While the movers themselves were polite, the overall service was completely unacceptable: 1. They showed up with a rented truck that wasn't stocked with moving pads. Their supervisor initially told them to have me sign a waiver releasing them from liability. Only after I complained did they call back and return to pick up pads. 2. They are not issued ramps -- expect damage to your home's entrances. 3. Well it started with me speaking with one of the family members of the company by the name Benjamin. I needed my two bedroom apartment moved and he was great with the rate ,and the services they offered. I booked my move for July 1st and was feeling pretty good about my choice of movers...since they were the official moving company of the Dallas Cowboys. They hit me with all these hidden fees once my stuff was on their truck! They double my prices from 1k to 2k and Ryan the manager was super rude. I will never go with them. This is a super scam!!!!! If I could give a 0 I would. Save your money.

Fuck you and your question what can you improve ! It is important to read reviews before using "big name " supposedly great companies ! They are a big joke and had I read reviews prior to this interaction! IT WOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED! I was quoted $378 ONLY TO REARRANGE FURNITURE IN A ROOM !
