They were moving in some new Residents to our Apartment Community in Flower Mound Tx and broke one of our doors. When directly asked if they broke it they said "NO". We have it on video-we called the phone number provided to us by our Resident and when answered by Paul..he asked what it was about and then said he would forward me to the "Claims" department. Absolutely Disastrous Experience with All My Son Moving! I rarely write reviews, but this one is absolutely necessary. I paid a $100 deposit, whichthat apparently vanished into thin air because no one can tell me where it went. The movers took two hours just to get their act together for a one-bedroom apartment, and when they finally delivered, their attitude was as if they were doing me a favor. I had a move scheduled for Sunday 4/26. I am deciding to cancel due to how hard it is to speak with someone. First time I called to schedule, I got transferred 5 times, as if no one was interested in helping. I should have stopped right there when it comes to working with this company. Now that I am wanting to cancel, I have called 3 times now and they connect you with your "local office," and they never come to the phone. Each time I have spent on hold for 15 minutes each time. Everything was smooth until we made it to the payment process. Payment was handled by credit card details over the phone instead of a secure transaction with a card reader. Secondly, the gentleman who handled my move confronted me about my tip amount and demanded more. This is a pricey service to begin with and it was even more expensive when the mover pressured us into giving more through cash app! I will not hire All My Sons ever again. If you are reading this, hire a local company that has values.
Horrible company! Do not hire! I paid a deposit and they said they would be at my house at 8:00AM and never showed up. I called several times and kept being told someone would call me back, no call. I finally reached the manager at about 1:00 who tried to raise the price and upgrade me to more movers which I did not need. After this he said they would be here by 2:00. No show again no call. I received a call for a quote and was asked, "What is the reason for your call? Pretty rudely I thought but okay. After getting a quote (over $300 for 1 hour, driving only 2 miles). I began to say, "That's a little more than I expected..." and before I finished talking, he hung up. In my opinion, worst in customer service. This was my first and last time calling this company.
Worst moving company EVER! They scratch and break your furniture and don't care! They ask for a tip before they even start the job!
DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS! They ripped me off. Quoted the move (a very small 3 hour job. Hired them to move things from a garage to an apartment. Quote was around $400. When we got to the apartment before they got my things from the truck they wanted me to pay the balance. It was over $900!! They would not give me my things until I paid them. I repeatedly asked for an itemized bill, never got it. Total scam artists!

Paid for Full Value Protection and still spent five months in arbitration to recover only part of the damage AMS caused. There is NO way these reviews are legitimate for a 4+ star rating. This company is beyond unacceptable. THIS IS 0 OUT OF 10. My belongings arrived with cigarette burn holes, black grease and dirt, metal corrosion, fabric rips, items broken and/or dented, and damage from excessive stacking pressure.
