All my sons moving is nothing short of awesome! I moved from the second floor that had easy floor access and space, to a different building on the second floor that is extremely cramped and NOT roomy at all. I have the world's biggest couch that also happens to be cream colored and these guys never gave up getting it into the apartment! Gregory Davis, Jemichael & Adayrius were amazing. They showed up like Batman to move me. They moved so fast, were super organized & showed so much empathy to ensure my move was easy. I have a fractured foot & didn't have to lift a finger. They loaded up the truck quickly to get me to my new place. Once we got here, the main elevator was down & they didn't even sweat a thing. Johnny, Kevin, and Chris arrived on time and ready to work. The elevator in the building I was moving out of was broken, I lived on the third floor, there was a thunderstorm during the move, and there were some issues getting the fob to work at the new place. They kept their cool even when I was losing mine. Friendly and fast too ... I hope not to move again in the near future, but if I do, I'm calling AMS.

What a great team. On time arrival and super friendly. They finished way ahead of time saving me a few $$$. Shout out to Sayous who was the team lead. She really made it a fantastic experience. Thank you! Danny at dispatch was all over the communication too. Best moving experience I have ever experienced.

Do not EVER use AMS Moving. I had used them twice in the past 6 years in Dallas and experienced a very professional move both times. The price was fair and reasonable. I had quite a bit to pack and move in June 2025, and moved into a three story townhome. Considering that, I felt $3500 was a fair price. The biggest complaint I have was the pricing and the way they tried to upsell their services. I think I paid way too much. And I didn't like that you had to pay before they moved your furniture into the new place. I still don't know how moving costs could double during COVID (2023) to now (2026).

worst moving experience ever! I waited over 8 hours for them to show up. When I called I was told I booked to be on standby this was not correct. There are lots of hidden fees they don't tell you about when you book.They didn't wrap my mattress and all of my items didn't make it to my new residence. Save yourself the trouble and get a Uhaul and do it yourself!
