I was told my movers were coming to my house to start moving between 8-10am. I was there waiting patiently and I had to call myself at 11am to find out they were getting to my place at 12pm! The dispatch team didn't even care about timing whatsoever. If you hire these folks they'll give you an attitude of "we'll get to you when we'll get to you". The movers they hired to do the job had to go to Carrolton to pick up some material the day of and couldn't even let me know they were going to be behind schedule. The movers we... read more

Please do not use this company! stay Far away! Charged me 452 bucks for a 1 hr move for a 500 sq foot apartment with minimal furniture. I beg you please go anywhere but here! Horrible communication and lead you on with 100 deposit but that only pays for some of the travel fee to get to you before move starts! Horrible company! Posted my invoice.

The slammed me with hidden fees. A move that should have been 750 tops ended up being 1450. The movers were absolutely fantastic and I wish the office didn't scam me out of the money that should have went to the guys who helped moved me instead of the avaricious yokes in the air-conditioned office. Truly a terrible value.

Sept 28, 2025 Do not use!!!! I scheduled a move for Saturday they called me on Saturday afternoon to cancel and reschedule for Sunday. These fools didn't show up on Sunday. I called to get a refund and they acted like they couldn't hear me. I called from a different phone and they told me a Branch manager would call me back to release my refund. That call never happened.They never showed up but kept my deposit!! They are scammers!!!

This is a bad moving company. Inexperienced, unprofessional movers. They do not know how to use tools. Who uses a pair of needle nose pliers to remove hex screws. Do not use All My Sons moving company if you want your stuff after it is moved. No stars

DO NOT USE! We boxed everything up ourselves except the TV and our furniture for a cross town 23 mile move. Once everything was unloaded at our new house and they left, we opened our TV box to a cracked and broken LCD panel on the 65" living room TV. When reaching out to AMS for restitution, the CSR (Joe Casarez) offered to lower the settlement amount ($225 for a $500 TV) if I did not like it. DO NOT USE ALL MY SONS! We paid over $3200 for movers and tipped almost $400 dollars and they still managed to break the ONE singular item they boxed themselves, a tv seen below. After putting in a claim, Joe C. from their customer service hotline was rude and extremely unprofessional. They wanted to offer $225 for breaking a 65" flatscreen, and then lovely Joe even threatened to lower their payout price to $150 over the phone and said he could "speak slower" if my husband needed him to, just to be condescending. Where do I begin? Damaged numerous items.... Couch, bed frame, TV stand, armoire, Sales man quoted $600 lower when setting up service Showed up 2 hours late. Crew started unloading items upon arrival when they should have been loading items. Crew member asked if we would do a survey and we said yes then he completed the survey himself. We canceled the unloading of the items because of the awful experience with loading and that evening 1 of the crew members called me on my personal cells and asked if I wanted to pay h... read more
