What a great team. On time arrival and super friendly. They finished way ahead of time saving me a few $$$. Shout out to Sayous who was the team lead. She really made it a fantastic experience. Thank you! Danny at dispatch was all over the communication too. Best moving experience I have ever experienced.

I received a call for a quote and was asked, "What is the reason for your call? Pretty rudely I thought but okay. After getting a quote (over $300 for 1 hour, driving only 2 miles). I began to say, "That's a little more than I expected..." and before I finished talking, he hung up. In my opinion, worst in customer service. This was my first and last time calling this company.

My initial experience with the company was pleasant. I communicated that I was on the 3rd floor, the number of boxes, and requested junk removal for an additional $200. It was decided that I would have 3 movers to speed up the process. On moving day, I only had 2 men. They were nice but didn't know I was on the 3rd floor or the number of items I was moving. As a veteran of the military, I'm no stranger to moving. In total I have moved 12 times in the past 25 years. This last move, just 10 miles down the road done by All My Son's was by far the WORST experience we have ever had!!! First, they estimated one amount and quoted us one price. Upon arrival the guy berated us for having too much stuff and informed us we would be charged more. We were really crunched for time so we were forced to go with it. DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS! They ripped me off. Quoted the move (a very small 3 hour job. Hired them to move things from a garage to an apartment. Quote was around $400. When we got to the apartment before they got my things from the truck they wanted me to pay the balance. It was over $900!! They would not give me my things until I paid them. I repeatedly asked for an itemized bill, never got it. Total scam artists!

Paid for Full Value Protection and still spent five months in arbitration to recover only part of the damage AMS caused. There is NO way these reviews are legitimate for a 4+ star rating. This company is beyond unacceptable. THIS IS 0 OUT OF 10. My belongings arrived with cigarette burn holes, black grease and dirt, metal corrosion, fabric rips, items broken and/or dented, and damage from excessive stacking pressure. if I could put no stars I would. I had the press of using them today to move out a one bed apartment. they never told me how much were the boxes being used. They didn't give a courteous call before even heading to the location. they do not know how to communicate with their customers. The guy told me he would take my things back and drop them off in front of the apartment complex office because I asked for an itemize bill to see the break down of everything.
