Horrible company! Do not hire! I paid a deposit and they said they would be at my house at 8:00AM and never showed up. I called several times and kept being told someone would call me back, no call. I finally reached the manager at about 1:00 who tried to raise the price and upgrade me to more movers which I did not need. After this he said they would be here by 2:00. No show again no call. I received a call for a quote and was asked, "What is the reason for your call? Pretty rudely I thought but okay. After getting a quote (over $300 for 1 hour, driving only 2 miles). I began to say, "That's a little more than I expected..." and before I finished talking, he hung up. In my opinion, worst in customer service. This was my first and last time calling this company.
Worst moving company EVER! They scratch and break your furniture and don't care! They ask for a tip before they even start the job!
As a veteran of the military, I'm no stranger to moving. In total I have moved 12 times in the past 25 years. This last move, just 10 miles down the road done by All My Son's was by far the WORST experience we have ever had!!! First, they estimated one amount and quoted us one price. Upon arrival the guy berated us for having too much stuff and informed us we would be charged more. We were really crunched for time so we were forced to go with it. DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS! They ripped me off. Quoted the move (a very small 3 hour job. Hired them to move things from a garage to an apartment. Quote was around $400. When we got to the apartment before they got my things from the truck they wanted me to pay the balance. It was over $900!! They would not give me my things until I paid them. I repeatedly asked for an itemized bill, never got it. Total scam artists!

Paid for Full Value Protection and still spent five months in arbitration to recover only part of the damage AMS caused. There is NO way these reviews are legitimate for a 4+ star rating. if I could put no stars I would. I had the press of using them today to move out a one bed apartment. they never told me how much were the boxes being used. They didn't give a courteous call before even heading to the location. they do not know how to communicate with their customers. The guy told me he would take my things back and drop them off in front of the apartment complex office because I asked for an itemize bill to see the break down of everything. Never got my initial move time of 1pm, instead the movers did not reach me until 10 minutes to 5pm. The person who called me at 1045am staying they would be there at 11:15am told me "they would get to me when they get to me". Which was rude. They did not complete the job until 10 pm, used packing equipment and did not ask me first which they only wrapped 3 bins and a cheap bookcase which cost me $95 in which they left their tape in my upstairs hallway. $956 later and after them telling me other moving companies would just sc... read more

I was told my movers were coming to my house to start moving between 8-10am. I was there waiting patiently and I had to call myself at 11am to find out they were getting to my place at 12pm! The dispatch team didn't even care about timing whatsoever. If you hire these folks they'll give you an attitude of "we'll get to you when we'll get to you".
