DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am an executive and have moved many times. sometimes within state and many times out of state. This is the worst moving experience by far I have ever encountered on so many levels. Let me be specific 1. I paid to have my parents moved since they are in their 8-'s from FL to AZ. I paid for what I was told was "insurance" an extra $526 for that protection. I called the Dept of insurance and was told this firm is not licensed to offer "insurance' even though their offer includes an offer for insuranc... read more

Truck delivery to my house. Only two workers. They were great and worked very hard. Manager told them to leave at 4 pm but the job was not completed. Furniture still outside, unpacked, etc.... We were told beds would be assembled. Only one was. Spoke to manager and he was not helpful. He said the workers had to leave for another delivery! Manager said he would reach out today to schedule a service provider to assemble beds. Never happened. Then we noticed sofa was missing! Called Manager and he said they don't have it! Quoted us about $550 for a move. We explicitly told them that we have a piano and a pull out couch that are very heavy and will need to be moved down 3 flights of stairs. They said that would be fine no problem and that they would send 2 people out. We demanded a third mover come as these items are VERY heavy (easily a 400-500lb piqno) and that two people won't be enough. They show up the day of moving with 2 men and an older lady. Careless with my stuff, left so many marks on the floor, the main man who packed my kitchen didn't seem to know how to even do it. I will never use this company again. Hire men that actually wanna do the job. I couldn't wait till these men left my apartment.

Total Scammers!!! My quote was $380.00 Final cost: $799.65 I called a few movers to get quotes for moving my mom into an assisted living facility that was located 15 minutes away from her house. I selected All My Sons solely on the fact that they were the lowest quote ($380). We only had a few items to move (bed, nightstand, dresser, recliner chair, 4 medium size boxes and a TV) so when their quote estimated an hour for travel and an hour for the move with 2 guys, I thought it seemed reasonable. If you are looking for professional movers DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! The moving service was far from professional and highly unsatisfactory. The movers were extremely small in stature, slow and inefficient as they were getting paid by the hour. Both movers were unable to lift our 2 couches and queen size mattress. Only one mover did any actual work, and the other appeared to be unproductive throughout the entire process. The smallest one tried to move one of the couches up the elevator and through our door. Honestly, probably one of the worst "move" choices I've made over the years! They quote a reasonable rate per hour, but it's all of the hidden costs that they add, and have you approve, after your truck arrives for the delivery. In other words, they have your belongings in their possession until you approve the final bill. It was actually double what others had quoted, and a complete when they handed me the final bill to sign for. If I could give negative stars I would. I hired them to move me from an apartment to a house. The first person I spoke with informed me of a flat fee hourly only for the moved. I confirmed there were no other charges and paid the deposit. The second rep calls me to confirm the move and tells me there is a surcharge I was never informed of. Both times I give specific detail of my move with items and bedrooms. On the day of my move they were to be here from 8am-12pm.
