Recently used them to move only less than 3 miles. Boca to Delray. They stole money, checks and used one fraudulently to cash and broke a few other items and no one will return our calls

Do you want to have irreplaceable family heirlooms destroyed! Do you enjoy your moving experience to include a glass table that disappears, a 4 foot marble statue delivered in pieces, every piece of your furniture chipped with legs broken and a team of men demanding a tip? Then all my son's moving and storage is your moving company. They have a flimsy rigged insurance plan. This plan will not recoup any of the damage to your items. Get self insured! Awful. Quoted me 500$ and charged me 1500$. Literally said they would not unload my furniture without me paying 1500$ first. This is after they ripped a bureau from the wall and damaged it amongst other furniture. I called the manager who was offensive and rude. At the end, the movers hurried me to sign a document "to signify the job was completed, I didn't read it, which I should have. It was to annotate any damages. I would never recommend. they start out being really responsive and the movers that they send seem very nice. there were three movers that moved me quickly, however, I found out later they had kept my credit card number and charged $165 worth of groceries. Shame on me for allowing them to write down my number, that's how they scammed me. I have learned my lesson.

Customer service was terrible on the phone when Bruce called to confirm the appointment. The guy couldn't be more rude and hanged up on me when I was still asking questions. This company does not tell you the truth about fees. Also, delivery guys are not very bright and act like they are giving you a service for free. Stay away from this company! Not even worthy of one star. The only thing this company is worth is a call to the police department. We have the case number if you don't believe me!!!! Things were not only stolen, but the packaging of boxes was horrendous. They broke most of our belongings. And then took off with the truck in which tried to charge more in order to get it back. BROUGHT THE WRONG SIZE TRUCK, CHARGED ME MORE THAN DOUBLE, HELD MY FURNITURE HOSTAGE. I am filing complaints with the Attorney General of Florida and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. This THIRTY MILE MOVE from North Miami Beach to Delray Beach, FL was by far the worst experience I have ever had. This company from the Owners on down, are extortionists. Please, I beg you to not use this company all my sons moving and storage. They put me into storage then moved me out to our new home it was a nightmare. They piled over 60 boxes in an empty room and put heavy book boxes on top of fragile marked boxes. Their goal unload quickly. They never gave any thought to what they were damaging. The crushed 2 priceless antique vases that they packed originally. They crushed a professionally crated swarski chandelier. They threw heavy boxes on it. Terrible. Forgot many large items including a mattress, damaged stair railing, disappeared for 30 minutes that I was billed for, may have taken a box of valuables. Claims department no help--obstructive. Off to Small Claims Court this week. Do not call this firm.
