Called to make an appointment- almost a month in advance- requested that the movers come as early as possible because I had to reserve the loading dock at the apartment I was moving to. I was told over the phone that they would schedule me for 8am to load the truck... confirmed time when I confirmed the appointment. On the day of the move All my Sons showed up at 11am...3 hours late with the explanation that they "were doing something else". This moving company damage my floors. They won't make good on the extra insurance I had bought thru them. They want to settle for 200 dollars when the damage is roughly 750-1000 dollars. Amber and Jon are both incompetent to deal with. Both state they have no manager or supervisor for us to speak to. We will be report them to the BBB. I needed a small move from one unit to another in the SAME community .. only furniture . NO boxes . 1 bedroom apartment . when I booked it I was told 144 hourly rate . once the move was completed and it was time for payment , the total was $468 . Absolutely ridiculous . They charged $288 for labor and $86 for gas . Also added $36 on materials when no materials were used . I had to complain to get it deducted . The fuel charge is 20% of the total . Terrible customer service tried to get a quote was transferred three times. The girl on the other end of the phone had a terrible attitude. I hung up immediately after hearing her. Would never use them or give them my money.

BEWARE. What the office people say will happen and what the actual movers do are total opposite. We've moved several times over the years and this is the absolute worst experience with movers we've had. Being hourly, they moved so slow that we started helping move boxes to the truck ourselves. WE WERE HUSTLING while they slowly took things out. The driver was a POS. Rude and disrespectful of property. DO NOT USE ALL MY SONS MOVING & STROAGE! I wish i could give 0 stars, these guys are absolutely going to rob you blind. They whack you over the head with packing material charges, fuel surplus charges and travel charges. They even take a break while they are moving you ($149/hour). DO NOT USE ALL MY SONS MOVING & STORAGE! $1,600+ to place my 1 bedroom items in a storage facility, showed up late, took all day, then crush you in price. DO NOT USE ALL MY SONS MOVING & STORAGE!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Hired them to unload a uhaul into my new apt. I specifically asked multiple pricing questions upon my initial call when they collected my $100 deposit. I confirmed there would be no travel fee and no other hidden fees other than $179/hr for the 3 movers. This was confirmed. After the unload was complete, I realized they tried to charge me for packing supplies, a 20% travel fee, AND a $400+ first hour charge. We moved from one side of Wellington to the other, from a 5 bedroom house to a 2 bedroom apartment. The guys seemed friendly and hard working, However, after the move we noticed that we were missing a 5'x8' valuable painting. I called the company immediately. Their response was that they always check their trucks after the move is complete. Do NOT use this disgusting company. They destroyed most of my items. Placed thick tape across the FRONT of my smart tvs! They wiped their disgusting sweaty heads all over my futon mattress and refused to wrap it. They shattered the glass shelves to a custom made curio. They were clueless on how to wrap anything properly.
