Let me start by saying how horrible, unprofessional,unethical and incompetent this company is. What should have been the most simple move for an elderly woman became a nightmare! She literally had 27 items and from start to finish the entire thing was a nightmare. Day one we were given 4 different arrival times for the movers none which were kept. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Where to even begin?! I called this company at the end of March while I was shopping around for movers. I didn't secure anything during my first call and wanted to give it some thought. One of the reps, Brian messaged me almost daily to get the sale, which was fine because I felt that meant they wanted my business most. I paid the deposit March 28 for a move on April 22. Paid All My Sons to move my family 5 minutes west of our old address to our new address. We hired them because we had many large expensive items, and figuring they were a professional moving company, all of our stuff would be packaged and moved correctly. My husband and I purchased a brand new 85in tv in December which is one of the items we had all my sons move. DO NOT TRUST OR USE. To everyone considering ALL MY SONS MOVING AND STORAGE ---- DO NOT TRUST This company moved me out of my residence and my whole life was in storage with this company for 6 months. Had All My Sons packed and moved my home and stored my furniture for 2 years and then deliver it to new place. Many things went missing. None of the big stuff but smaller things. Called several times to have them check warehouse, but to no avail. I would not recommend them.

A speaker was stolen. I contacted management regarding the speaker being stolen. It had an air tag on it. After I notified management I was tracking the speaker, the air tag died at their location. They never responded to my request. You can go there are listen to a very loud speaker they stole from me if you want.

Called to make an appointment- almost a month in advance- requested that the movers come as early as possible because I had to reserve the loading dock at the apartment I was moving to. I was told over the phone that they would schedule me for 8am to load the truck... confirmed time when I confirmed the appointment. On the day of the move All my Sons showed up at 11am...3 hours late with the explanation that they "were doing something else". This moving company damage my floors. They won't make good on the extra insurance I had bought thru them. They want to settle for 200 dollars when the damage is roughly 750-1000 dollars. Amber and Jon are both incompetent to deal with. Both state they have no manager or supervisor for us to speak to. We will be report them to the BBB. I needed a small move from one unit to another in the SAME community .. only furniture . NO boxes . 1 bedroom apartment . when I booked it I was told 144 hourly rate . once the move was completed and it was time for payment , the total was $468 . Absolutely ridiculous . They charged $288 for labor and $86 for gas . Also added $36 on materials when no materials were used . I had to complain to get it deducted . The fuel charge is 20% of the total .
