Horrible service.. they let my marble table fall like from 3 feet height... my table was an antique and the only valuable furniture i have.. it cost usd 7000 and are offering usd 120 for the damage.... it is just unfair. Hopefully this review helps you to never use this company...i called and they just basically said Fu*& Y&*. This company and the customer service is HORRIBLE! not even a star...

If you want unprofessional moving guys who shake a single woman down for money and a company that could not give a shit about your personal belongings, this is it. Pompano Beach crew beware as they will drag, break and chip every wall. Give you the wrong address to claim and tell you that 90 days has passed since they never got your claim. RUN!

They moved me on February 20 but left laptops a few boxes and pictures at my old place. Being a 65 year old man on a fixed income with a bad back I can't lift the boxes myself or afford additional movers. When I asked all my sons to complete the job they said they'd spend another truck for $135 an hour. The worst thing a mover can do is not complete a job and that's what they did!

Would not recommend. Not friendly. No etiquette. Did not use this company but had a brief interaction with staff.

TERRIBLE!!! I used this company few times in the past and they were awesome! My last move with them was terrible!!! I do wish I hadn't used them... never again! My move was delayed due to rain so I basically paid for two hours of doing almost nothing, where there was so much more that could have been done inside. I had to ask few times to get off their phones ... Beds were not put back together correctly, scratched furniture due to negligence. This rating is strictly for the company and their poor practices. The men that moved my belongings are absolutely incredible. When given a quote of $650 plus a 20% fee for fuel, movers, etc., and then charged a total amount of $916.00, it's hard to be happy. The company puts the movers in a terrible and uncomfortable situation also. They move your belongings but don't get the go ahead to start taking your belongings off of the truck until payment is made in full. No WAY! TOTALLY slow, inefficient, as if TRYING to ring up your bill! By the hour, PLUS, extra hour, PLUS gas charges, PLUS packing materials I didn't even need. Had VERY little to move, yet overcharged. You won't get your property til AFTER THEYRE PAID. I asked for ALL THEIR CHARGES at first contact, yet HIDDEN CHARGES. Inexperienced workers n left heavy items just inside my door. I finished my move MYSELF, am older, but beats paying even MORE than I was ALREADY overcharged!!!! They broke my recliner bed, dented three pieces kf furniture then forced me write down my credit card details because that was the only accepted payment.

Terrible experience in regards to cost surprises. Moved from TX to FL on my own and only needed these guys to unload my packed/wrapped items from my Penske truck into my apartment. Quoted me $171 an hour - great. Expect hidden fees that are not disclosed appropriately. Total for 2 hours 15 min of labor = $666 and with tip of $80 = $746 for labor only.
