Need negative stars for this one. I moved last year with this company- and, I am considering moving again now- but, won't be using this company EVER.. The ABSOLUTE WORST. My furniture was broken in several places, mattresses dragged across the ground as they did not use the covers I purchased, rude employees that clearly were overworked or just didn't give a damn. My sons is a complete scam and no one should use this service. As I write this i have been quoted $150 but charged $650. The movers held the furniture hostage and forced us to pay the overcharge Or we wouldn't get our items. The supervisor said he would call back but 6 hours later I'm out on hold 3 different times to no one coming back to the phone. Movers forget there tools but charge you because it takes longer without them. This company needs to be sued for fraud,false advertising and lack of moralit!

What can I say? Hmm. Well let's start with the fact that I moved from Tennessee to Hallandale Beach almost 2 years ago. That move didn't result in any damage to my property, not even a scratch. Then I moved from a condo to a home rental almost 20 minutes away into a house rental. Here's the part that really gets me. This is the worst moving company I have ever used. Management is arrogant and they are liars. They claim to have a very high standard of moving but the supplies they used were trash. They wanted to throw my rugs in the living truck without even wrapping them, etc. When i started to realize how bad of a job they were doing they started getting angry at me and told me they new what they were doing. Called for small job - move two couches from one room to another about 20 feet away. Move the couches from the other room to the first room (essentially exchange two couches. Said that they work by the hour with a 2 man crew. Confirmed with lady taking the call, and then with a "manager." When they arrived the next day they presented my wife with a contract for 2 hours, and would not start without the contract. We told them to get out. I am trying to get my deposit back based on the fraudulent inducement. We will see.

Horrible experience after years of being a loyal customer. 1. Sent unprofessional crew, cursing, arguing and constant smoke breaks. 2. Break over $3000 worth of items, a 65 inch TV and a solid wood bedframe. 3. They offered me $500, take it or leave it despite paying them around $15,000 over the years. Avoid these people.

I would like to update on this horrible company. Not long after the move I reported to BBB - received an approval from BBB they posted ! Ironically the same day or day after a person from this company sent me an email - they were going to reimburse me $150.00. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! Ty BBB

Very dis-appointed. Very unprofessional. After loading everything we own into their truck, they then told us not to follow them to our new location. Of course we are going to follow them. When the driver saw we were following them, he was angry at us. When we called the office manager they stated we need to have respect for the drivers needs. ??? What about the customers needs??? We recommend going elsewhere. The location we used was Pompano Beach Florida

They broke my bedframe then I had to throw out the head board. Couldn't re-attach mirror to dresser. Still can't find stuff.never used the 2 bed bags as paid for. Misplaced 2 cases of water.stuff in night tables shifted and fell out. One of the draws were broke. I them $100 to split before I started unpacking.
