Terrible movers!! They rolled a brand new table on concrete from the door to the truck and damage the entire edge of the table. They offered only $100 because they said we didn't purchase insurance yet they didn't offer it and forged my initials on the waiver and throughout the contract.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Very nice, seemingly trustworthy individuals when they are soliciting your business. However, once our items were delivered, they had significantly damaged 8 pieces of expensive furniture, gotten a cleaned and wrapped rug wet and full of mold(!), lost an item, and broken several others. Probably 25% of the boxes were partially to fully crushed (thankfully most had soft goods in them), with several boxes showing large footprints on their tops as if someone had simply walked on top of the stac... read more

Let me tell you I never experience a bad move in my life. I am a single mother of 5 and to just get one bed frame to one house to another and take the other bed and dresser to another house should not be no issues. first of all i called 3 times hot 3 different prices also when they got to my house they were playing around and talking crazy. Then never got to the next house tell a hour in a half later come to find out they were playing around and i was getting charged. Let me start by saying how horrible, unprofessional,unethical and incompetent this company is. What should have been the most simple move for an elderly woman became a nightmare! She literally had 27 items and from start to finish the entire thing was a nightmare. Day one we were given 4 different arrival times for the movers none which were kept. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Where to even begin?! I called this company at the end of March while I was shopping around for movers. I didn't secure anything during my first call and wanted to give it some thought. One of the reps, Brian messaged me almost daily to get the sale, which was fine because I felt that meant they wanted my business most. I paid the deposit March 28 for a move on April 22. Paid All My Sons to move my family 5 minutes west of our old address to our new address. We hired them because we had many large expensive items, and figuring they were a professional moving company, all of our stuff would be packaged and moved correctly. My husband and I purchased a brand new 85in tv in December which is one of the items we had all my sons move. DO NOT TRUST OR USE. To everyone considering ALL MY SONS MOVING AND STORAGE ---- DO NOT TRUST This company moved me out of my residence and my whole life was in storage with this company for 6 months. Had All My Sons packed and moved my home and stored my furniture for 2 years and then deliver it to new place. Many things went missing. None of the big stuff but smaller things. Called several times to have them check warehouse, but to no avail. I would not recommend them.

A speaker was stolen. I contacted management regarding the speaker being stolen. It had an air tag on it. After I notified management I was tracking the speaker, the air tag died at their location. They never responded to my request. You can go there are listen to a very loud speaker they stole from me if you want.
