Small Studio Move/Items Missing/Damage/Poor Customer Service: The number of calls I received upon booking and until my move date was professional and very 'checking all the boxes' which was impressive and welcomed. Day of two very young guys showed up, seemingly disheveled, hungover, and could not wait to be done. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. I wish I could leave 0 stars. They took my $100 deposit and the movers never showed. They wrote my email down wrong and my number down wrong and said they called the back up number multiple times and even sent guys to the location. Worst experience with movers I've ever had. Spent two days getting transferred to different numbers and disconnected trying to get an answer. Finally got a hold of someone and they just made the whole thing out to be my fault

I requested a move from my mothers assisted living facility. the movers handled everything like it was garbage. never wrapped a single item. did not use mattress bag that I was charged for. dragged my items over the dirty concrete. dropped and broke several items and said nothing. tried calling and keep going to their recorded message. as soon as someone picks up and hears it's a complaint they force you back into their looped automated message. no call back. no restitution. DO NOT USE ALL MY SONS MOVING AND STORAGE!

The worst over priced movers I've used. Surprise charges and charged me almost $3000.00 to move a one bed room apt that was 5 min away from last apartment. Slow and way overpriced. Run while you can.

Do Not Use this company. Hidden fees, unethical, I should have read the other reviews they mirror my experience. Hundreds of dollars in broken items, no wrapped packages, no contract until you pay. Worst company ever and they do not even try to make it better. Stay away at all costs!

I hate to write bad reviews but I wish I had checked the rest of these before I used this company. They act like they are giving you a deal with their 'discounted' rate of $179/hr and then they send a bunch of kids (no disrespect to them they were very nice) to move your items and milk the clock. I have a 1 bedroom apartment that I had all packed up and it took them 7 hours to move everything just onto the truck. I could have done it with a friend in 2-3 hours max. Do not use All My Sons Moving. They are the worst. I had them move 30 items 30 ft from a bedroom back to my living room on April 30th. They damaged 5 items and they do not send a repair person to fix the items. They offer you a cash settlement in 30 days. I have never heard of this and you need to BE AWARE of this. THEY DO NOT VALUE OR TAKE CATE OF YOUR BELONGINGS.

This is very sad. A company that truly does not care about it's customers. I'm a single mom of two kids displaced by the flood, and I needed an immediate move. It can be so stressful during these things, and at first they seemed so nice. The fee was 199 per hour and they estimated it would be done in about two hours.
