To be honest Ive never have been so disappointed. Now Im very accustomed to moving...probably moved between 12 to 15 times in my adult life and many times as a child of a military father. Not only this I actually worked with a moving company one summer during college. I have never had an experience where your items were just dumped because "the clock had run out". Tried to say they told me about a 2 hr minimum fee for labor only when they didn’t! Bryce lied about sending an email they never sent , and couldn’t provide the email sent with the date and time stamp. Had to dispute charge on my credit card! I was quoted $169 per hr and they were only here for one hour! They have charged my card for over $600! Total scammers! BEWARE!
Do not be like me. Many reviewers on yelp had the exact same experience I had with this company. If I could give them ZERO stars I would. They are the classic bait and switch company. Absolutely horrible company. I used them to move 2 bedrooms, patio furniture , stationary bike & a tv stand. They quoted me 2 guys, 1 truck & for 2 hours at $149hr. I said perfect. Well yesterday they moved me. It ended up taking SEVEN HOURS! Why did it take SEVEN HOURS to move such a small amount of furniture? Oh because they sent a guy who was on his FIRST DAY on the job with them. NEVER TRAINED HIM. But instead put him with just one other guy who WASNT a trainer! And the Bill they handed me. $1800!!! Complete scammers!! They give you a quote, then charge you 200% more then the quote!! Ridiculous! And unprofessional! Then threaten to hold your stuff hostage until you pay! Charge an hour of driving for a 12 min drive!
Kishawn W and they guys were wonderful! I was told the guys could not unload the truck until after I posted a review. I had no complaints at that point. Here is my honest review after everythingwas done. AMS is very pricey. Everything adds up pretty quickly. He answered all my questions went through everything so their would be no surprises at the end. The company has kept in contact with me all the way up to my move.
