Extremely disappointed with this company! I should’ve listened to the other negative reviews about this moving company. I was moving out of my house because I’m getting deployed and they only added stress to my life. I paid the extra charge for 3 movers and the 3rd mover was a 130lb maybe soaking wet female. They showed up super late! The moving crew from All my Sons was absolutely fantastic! Dwight Giovanni, Dominique Ivory, Deontae Hatchett, Ricky Whittier, and Matthew Anderson unloaded everything very professional, quickly, and always with great attitude. They obviously knew how stressful moving was to us, so they always smiled, told jokes, and “checked” in with us. First off I would like to say that the head of All My Sons nationally, Chris Generale was impressive to deal with. He took charge of my issues. My issues were with the local franchise in Raleigh. I had used Little Guys movers for 2 previous moves and had a great experience. Despite the reviews of All My Sons in Raleigh, I went with them this time as I needed to store my items for 30 days. Would not recommended unless you want your stuff not wrapped, beat up; the walls scarred, items missing, and every bit of it all done with a slack, unprofessional attitude and lack of punctuality. 👎👎
Just wrapped up a move with Rocky and his team and we couldn’t be more pleased! They made everything seem so easy (a relief as someone that always feels like they should be helping). They made sure everything was in its place how we wanted it. They were a delight to have in the house and made what could be a stressful day kind of fun and easy. THANK YOU!
One word -THEIVES!!! Stole sooo much stuff that I am hiring an attorney and calling the police. Over $3000 of items lost and they want to pay me $150. I dont think so
I will never use this company for another move. I'm very disappointed, and ultimately overwhelmed with this move. I would not recommend All My Sons moving. this isn't the first time I used them. Two years ago was an awesome experience. The crew was on time, in and out in 4 hours. Today, the crew was late. I was originally told my move would begin about 9:30 am.
