I had an appointment for the crew to show up between 8:00/9:00. Received a call the day before confirming that. The time came and passed and I received a call that due to rest rules the crew assigned were unavailable and someone would show up soon. The crew finally arrived at 11:45 or almost 3 hours late. I had to cancel my other appointments and reschedule my cleaning crew. I received numerous calls when I started looking for a mover. After taking our deposit and scheduling move way in advance, they cancelled us within 2 hours of when they were scheduled to pack and load our house (we were told they would not reschedule)! They said their truck was in an accident, but they didn't offer us the help to pack our stuff and did not make any attempt to rent a replacement truck to fulfill their obligation per our contract! Horrible experience. Movers okay-but the office guys are a bait and switch operation. They re-scheduled the moving day/time 3 times on me. I booked 2 weeks in advance AND put down $100 deposit. Missed a days work. Then ended up moving late Sat, instead of early Friday. They are extremely non caring. (the office part of it)
Moving & Storage — 1 star On a recent cross country move from Battle Ground WA to Manchester CT. All My Sons failed to show any respect for my property . Some of the Damage included a Crushed Weber smoker, Custom Cherry dining table with a broken Leg & Scratched leaves, a wooden chest had the doors ripped off, a broken floor lamp damaged lamp shades a mattress that was poked with a pitch fork.
