Worst moving experience of my life! Scheduled for 8 am, got a call @ 7:30 stating that someone called in sick and wouldn't be there at 8am--would call at noon. They called at noon and said they should be there by 2pm and at 3pm they called and said they were lost--would be there by 4pm. Got there after 4pm. Three very young men showed up. Crap company. Called 24 minutes before their scheduled arrival to tell me their drivers all called in sick and that they might be able to get around to me in the afternoon. This royally screwed up my day as I had to find a different company. They were not upfront about their costs between the initial phone call and the final phone call before the move. Their website has no prices listed. They add a $20 fee per mover for covid and claim it is an Oregon requirement (it isn't). Don't use these guys

Absolutely beyond disappointing. I have never seen a group of workers with less ambition and an office group so disinterested in providing customer service. They had no desire to fix any issue or to provide any level of the least of customer service. It was a 600 sq ft space w/ 1 bed, not even a bed frame, Nearly $1000 to move the items 30 min away. The only part that was good about this company is the fact that the two men they sent worked hard and were friendly. Everything else, and I mean everything else, was a horrible experience. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a business, and this has nothing to do with the Corona Virus. I want to be clear that the two men that were actually doing the moving worked hard and did nothing wrong. They did break some items in a box but apologized and it was just an accident. 0 stars if I had the choice. TERRIBLE SERVICE, movers were unprofessional, smelled like cigarettes, had horrible communication and they broke our bed!!!!!I have asthma so this was really not fair!A few days before the move I was told I would get a 1 hour notice before the movers arrived within the delivery window that was planned. I honestly think 1 star is too many for this company. So many problems with our move. We were quoted 5-6 hours to move every time we told them what we had to move; 1 10x10 storage, 1 10x15 storage, and minimal items still in the home. EVERY TIME the quote was the same 5-6 hours with 1 truck. We were beyond prepared for the move, everything downstairs except 1 bed, 2 dressers and 2 desks. EVERYTHING in boxes in the garage. They refuse to call me back after leaving a vital part to my $5000 bed in their truck. The part to hold the mattress in place if the head is up on it. Without the piece, they rendered my very expensive adjustable base useless. I've attempted to call every day about 15-20 after they left and several times a day after that, and keep getting told that they will check with the driver and call me right back. I was promised the BEST move but that was not what I received. I asked them to arrived mid afternoon for just a few pieces of furniture. I called when they were late, they called back after another 20 minutes saying they were going to be 30-40 minutes later (near their 5pm quitting time mind you). ZERO STARS...Worst moving company I've ever had the displeasure to work with. Late, no call, management unresponsive, and movers made a hole in the wall in one of the bedrooms and tried to hide it with a piece of furniture. Applied our payment to the wrong account and not once apologized or tried to help us. Horrible experience!
