What a shame. My movers were fine. Yes, they grumbled to me the entire time that it was hard work and made me feel terrible for needing help with moving, but I can empathize. When the movers shared with me that their bosses never pay them their tips, I wasn't surprised. But what did surprise me was when my credit card company reached out to notify me that I had been billed twice, and when I attempted to have the issue handled, the customer service representative was not at all forthcoming or helpful, and then hung up on me. ... read more

I just called to get a quote for an upcoming move and the person providing my quote (David?) essentially called me a liar before he even provided me information. There's not a chance I would give this company my business.

We hired 3 guys with a truck to move a 2 bedroom apartment 20 minutes away to a 3 bedroom town home. I will grant them that moving up and down the stairs is a pain and take more time, but it should not have taken 5 1/2 hours to do this. It cost me 1.1k to move my stuff and we had packed it all before hand. One guy was really good, another was okay and 1 of them disappeared for like an hour and used the bathroom 5 times!! Aweful! Run! I moved on December 8th after personally moving all of our contents except: 2 couches, a washer & dryer, a disassembled trampoline, and a handful of boxes containing heavy books. It took their crew FIVE HOURS to move our items. Furthermore, all of my heavy items arrived lip-sided. Yes, that's right, this crew pro-actively changed ONE FOOT on each item, either raising it, removing it, or loosing it. If that was needed for the move, cool... but PUT THE FURNITURE BACK TOGETHER. Worst moving experience EVER and worst customer service to follow. First, of all-they won't tell you upfront but they now charge an extra $20 per person due to COVID. They tell you it is for gloves, masks, and sanitizer for their crews, this is a significant markup on those items and is just poor service to pass that off to customers imo. The crew who showed up for my move were all very friendly and seemed to take good care of our items - taking time to wrap and package the more fragile pieces. Worst moving experience of my life! Scheduled for 8 am, got a call @ 7:30 stating that someone called in sick and wouldn't be there at 8am--would call at noon. They called at noon and said they should be there by 2pm and at 3pm they called and said they were lost--would be there by 4pm. Got there after 4pm. Three very young men showed up. Crap company. Called 24 minutes before their scheduled arrival to tell me their drivers all called in sick and that they might be able to get around to me in the afternoon. This royally screwed up my day as I had to find a different company. They were not upfront about their costs between the initial phone call and the final phone call before the move. Their website has no prices listed. They add a $20 fee per mover for covid and claim it is an Oregon requirement (it isn't). Don't use these guys

Absolutely beyond disappointing. I have never seen a group of workers with less ambition and an office group so disinterested in providing customer service. They had no desire to fix any issue or to provide any level of the least of customer service. It was a 600 sq ft space w/ 1 bed, not even a bed frame, Nearly $1000 to move the items 30 min away. The only part that was good about this company is the fact that the two men they sent worked hard and were friendly. Everything else, and I mean everything else, was a horrible experience. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a business, and this has nothing to do with the Corona Virus. I want to be clear that the two men that were actually doing the moving worked hard and did nothing wrong. They did break some items in a box but apologized and it was just an accident.
